Hello, I received a message from my provider that they wil disable Count-Per-Day as of December 15th. How can I save the site statistics? And what add-in is best to replace the Count-Per-Day
]]>Hello,
I am trying to enter the Count per Day page of my site, but a message appears saying I have not the permission to enter.
I am the admin of the site.
Grateful thanks to anyone can help.
I don’t know if this forum is still supported here, because the developer page is down, but I must have answered a question very urgent.
In all foreign privacy policies I read that Count per Day sets cookies. But all cookie scanners I use do not find these cookies.
If cookies are set, I have to give the option to disable them. But I can’ t do that if I can’ t identify them.
Thx for help.
]]>Hi Count Per Day Users,
I prepare for the case that Count Per Day is not maintained anymore and not coming back to the WP library. As most of the users I will remove the plugin in that case, because I don’t want to risk a gateway for maleware on my installation.
My question is:
Because I have been using Count Per Day for the last 6 1/2 years it is providing a lot of data. Not only the monthly / daily views and users on my page for the past 6 1/2 years, but also the number of clicks on every single article.
Is there a way to migrate this information into another count plugin?
Or will it inevitable be a reset to zero if I change to another count plugin?
Greetings,
SFrueh
]]>Hello.
I use “Count per Day-Popular Posts” as a widget.
However, this widget does not reflect the WordPress permalink structure.
For example, the permalink structure of my posting page is as follows.
https://example.com/archives/65
However, the link output by the widget will be as follows.
https://example.com/?p=205
How can I make this reflect the permalink structure specified in “Permalink Settings”?
Best regards.

I want you to investigate what the cause is.
I realizes that Google is trying to index wp-admin. I am not sure that it is this plugin, but this behavior started just just after the last update.
Take a look in these lines from Google Search Console:

]]>Dear Tom,
We are running WP 4.9.8 and PHP 7.2.8
We just installed CPD 3.5.8 and it killed all our pages.
All pages turned blank with no content.
We uninstalled CPD 3.5.8 and all works properly again.
Now we are seeking to find where we can get a copy of CPD 3.5.7 to reinstall. Can you let us have a location for that?
Regards and thanks,
Angus
Dear Tom,
Does Count per Day comply to GDPR?
Does the plugin collect any user information or any other information from the website it is active on?
Many thanks,
Sandra
This is a wonderful plugin -my clients love it!
I was wondering how to exclude Admins and Editors from the count.
Thank you
Hi,
the display – in German – of page views (‘all’ and ‘last week’) is
7950 Seitenaufrufe gesamt:
829 Seitenaufrufe letzte Woche:
How can I delete the “:” at the end of the lines? It doesn’t make sense at that position. To use “:” correctly in German, it should be like this:
Seitenaufrufe gesamt: 7950
Seitenaufrufe letzte Woche: 829

I’m wondering how to save the settings. There is no Save or Update button.
Thanks
I can use the postID in the show function like so:
$count_per_day->show( ”,”, FALSE, TRUE, $post_id );
…but how do I specify the postID for a different function such as getReadsAll() ?
Cheers.
Installing Geo IP gives this error:
allow_url_fopen is disabled!
Any ideas?
Thanks

I’m facing an issue with CPD Popular Posts Widget. The widget displays the most popular posts on the sidebar, but their links are like this: domain.tld/?p=175
The problem is that in my WordPress installation, I’m not using Plain Permalings so the above links lead to Page not found errors.
What can be done about this?

If it was an external file, it would obey defer statements and load in order iwth jQuery. Hello
What’s the difference between reads per day/visits per day and the second question is my IP included in the volume of traffic
My website is https://www.doctorwhoworld.co.uk – then additional pages at https://www.doctorwhoworld.co.uk/doctors for example – just moved it all to a new theme for better mobile devices etc.
Thanks

first of all many thanks for this great plugin.
Just one question:
I had set “anonymous ip” in settings->count per day->settings (a.b.c.d > a.b.c.x), but when i go in settings->count per day->tools i see the whole ip of “Most Industrious Visitors”.
It’s possible set anonymous ip everywhere?
Many thanks and sorry for my english, i’m still learning.
