Unable to create Clocks, only Countdowns. The only option in the sub-menu under “Countdown & Clocks” is “Add New Countdown”.

When clicking on “Countdown types”, there are Clocks visible. But when you click on them, it only creates a countdown.

Hi, im trying to activate Countdown builder PRO, but wordpress says that the plug in couldn’t be activated because it has provoked a fatal error:

I’ve also tried deleting the plugin, but it shows this message that reads in english: Failed deletion: There has been a critical error on this website. More information about WordPress troubleshooting.

I’m stuck. Please help.

I would like to offer a suggestion for the plugin developer – would it be possible to make the image add option available in a circle shape rather than the square option it is currently available in for the free version, if you use the circle options for a countdown, it looks strange to have a square image, a circle shaped frame would be nicer to view with circle countdown.

I have not made any changes to this website for about a year. It has come to my attention recently that the numbers have disappeared.

Updated the Countdown Builder plugin this morning and all my countdowns are now showing 0 0 0 0 and no longer working. Could you investigate please?

I’ve created a two countdowns for my website one for the homepage another one is for the particular product detail page. The countdown I’ve used for the homepage is working properly but the one I’ve used for the product detail page is displaying but its not working it remains in 00 00 00 00 position. I’ve checked that its not expired and the live preview also working proper;y only in the product detail page its not working.

I have a text link in front of it then [ycd_countdown id=16917]
But it is displayed as follows:

(Before countdown) Event endet in:
Counter

How can you get this into one line?

It would look like this: Text-Link Event endet in: 32:16:06:12

I’m having trouble with your plugin, I set the “Hide Countdown” option from the control panel but when it ends it isn’t hidden.

Furthermore, would it be possible to show the countdown only via shortcode without having to necessarily set where to show it from the configuration page?

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to have a countdown until 3:30 pm everyday. I want to let know the customers that they have until 3:30 pm to get next day delivery. For example, at 2:00 pm, it will show : only 1:30 hours left

I’ve made updates to Countdown & Clock and when I click “Update” in the admin dashboard, nothing happens. I’ve cleared cache, restarted my browser, etc and nothing works. I updated previously but now stuck. This plugin is very buggy

The plugin currently isn’t active on the site, but when we have an upcoming event with a lot of traffic, we do use it. Using Query Monitor I see 5 undefined indexes related to countdown builder:

We’re receiving this warning on PHP 8.2:

I copied the change you made in SimpleCountdown.php to fix the same error, changing line 182 of CircleCountdown.php from this:

$lang = substr($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE'], 0, 2);

to this:

$serverLang = '';
if (!empty($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE'])) {
    $serverLang = $_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE'];
}
$lang = substr($serverLang, 0, 2);

and that fixed it, but obviously we’d prefer a permanent fix in the plugin ?? Thanks!

Hi, I added your plugin to my page and embedded a countdown timer.

Today is the 02.02.2024 and it should countdown till the 02.02.2026 so exactly 24months 0days (23 months 30 days because of past hours)

However your plugin shows 23 months and 18 days

If you only choose days, then the number is correct (731)

Hi! The plugin is installed and the countdown is visible on the page, but cannot find it anymore in the WP menu to edit the title and/or timer. Instead, I only see the Coming soon option, which I don’t need.

So we tryed out the plugin, but at the moment we dont have use for it, so we deleted it, but thru mobile browser when you enter any product category this is still showing – [ycd_countdown id=”undefined”][ycd_countdown]

We deactivated the plugin and deleted it, but this still is showing.

Hello, we use the plugin (so far in the free version) and are very satisfied with it.

I would like to know whether it is possible with the plugin (in the free or pro version) to display several countdowns one after the other.
For example:

• A countdown that runs e.g. until 15.12. at 17:00 with a text underneath
• From the end of the countdown, a new countdown that runs until 15.12. at 22:00 with a different text below it
• From the end of the countdown, a new countdown that runs until 16.12. at 17:00 with a different text below it
• From the end of the countdown, a new countdown that runs until 16.12. at 23:59 with a different text below it
• From the end of the countdown, a new countdown that runs until 17.12. at 16:30
• From the end of the countdown, a new countdown that runs until 17.12. at 19:30

If this works, I would be very happy to receive brief instructions, thank you very much.

We have a critical error on one of the WpAdmin pages for this app. If you go to Subscribers (Pro) the page has a critical error. I have tracked this down that the subscribers.php file is missing from the ‘//assets/views/subscribers.php’ Was there possibly an issue with the last update or does anyone happen to have this file that I could add into that folder?
