doesn’t work with Gtranslate/ Help please

I am using this plugin “Countdown Timer Pro for Elementor” here: https://fpcpensacola.com/
It is supposed to restart on every Sunday but it is not happening.

Can you guide me with settings to achieve requirements.

Good Day, I have opened multiple tickets on your website for the Pro version that I bought earlier this year but I have not had any responses to the tickets. the pro version has not received updates like the free version and we are unable to update our site and there are issues on the pro / free version that needed fixing but don’t appear to have been addressed or even acknowledged.

Recently upgraded Elementor and WordPress. The countdown widget no longer works.

I am using Version 1.3.1

my elementor is Version 3.6.1
Wordpress is 5.9.2

I have the pro version of the timer, and when I hide days and hours, the restart countdown option disappears (the ability to choose the time when to restart the clock). I want to have a countdown on for 10 minutes, then restart after 11 minutes to act as a webinar-style countdown.

I’ve opened a ticket and tried to get hold of someone on chat on Flickdevs on March 2nd, but haven’t had a reply, so trying here.

Hi i install and setting style on elementor it good and easy.

BUT!! it not show on mobile, show on desktop only. it not responsive support on mobile (i use iphon and safari).

please advise me for fix it, before i delete it on my website. Thanks

I’ve been working on my site, and recently updated to WP5.5
While the countdown digital do appear on the “Edit with Elementor” page, they are absent on the live page.
I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure it out.
Now that I’m down to 3 hairs, I’m reaching out for help.
Can anyone provide me with ANY insight as to what is happening (or not happening)?
I would be very grateful.

I have set all settings to my countdown timer, but digits not show on website. There is only squares with text.
No errors in console. In code
<span class="ctw-digits"> </span>
is empty.

I dont know why but when I am logged in in WP then I can see the countdown but if I’m logged out the countdown is not viewable.

Is it possible to not only show days, hours and seconds but also months? I have an event (wedding) that is 400 days away.

Is it possible to use it in other language than English? If it′s not possible change it in settings, for now, could you tell me where can I change texts in code to get it done? It′s just useful for me if I can use it in my language…

The counter doesn’t work.
Console shows:
“(index):104 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined”

I believe adding ‘jquery’ to the $deps array is needed in countdown_timer_widget_scripts().

Like so:
wp_enqueue_script(‘countdown-timer-script’, COUNTDOWN_TIMER_ELEMENTOR_URL . ‘assets/js/jquery.countdownTimer.js’, array(‘jquery’), ‘1.0.0’, true);

Is there a way to reset the timer for returning users every 6-12 hours after the countdown timer “expired”?

Countdown doesn’t work in Safari desktop or mobile. ??

If days counter is more than 99 then 3 digit number isn’t displayed inside of the div and digit spills out.
