I’m not seeing a delete button for individual boxes once they are created? This is a bug, right?

not sure since when my counters are no more displayed but last changes were change PHP to 8.1 (from 7.4 and some plugins added/removed but de-activating recently added plugin doesn’t help…

is there an option to separate a number by a dot? it works for me with a comma, but not with a dot.

The numbers are correct when the page first loads and you scroll down to the bottom of the page. But if you scroll back up the page and then down again, the numbers keep decreasing. And they continually decrease each time you scroll up and down the page.

I tried to add a counter description in one of the counter box and it is now displaying this error on our website and on the Counter Numbers Pro console:

When I first scroll the page the number is corect, but than when I scroll up and down, the number is different.

Having recently purchased the Counter Numbers Pro plugin, I found issues with the functionality.

For reference, Design 13 was selected?from the plugin with 4 columns to represent data to our clients.?

Only one of the counters (counter tile 1) is actually “counting” whilst the other 3 remain at the final number.

I have made sure that the other 3 columns are set up in the same way as the one that works, but still doesn’t work. 

Please can someone from your team get back to me as soon as possible and help me with this issue.

When we try to edit a page on our website the content shown for the page is related to Counter Number posts instead of the actual page. When we deactivate the plugin everything works fine.

Let’s say I want to edit the front page. I click “Edit” in WP Admin and then I’ll get the wrong content in the editor.

I’ve had a problem with your plugin, I think it has to do with my object cache setup.

In /counter-number-showcase/templates/content.php you are using unserialize() twice, I switched it to maybe_unseriazile and then it started working again.

Could you add this fix to core? maybe_unserialize is a core function and would solve this problem when a object cache plugin already unserialized the meta field.

I saw an older thread with this issue.

Using elementor pro. if I use the shortcode in Number prefix or suffix is working

but if I use it on starting Number or in Ending numbers. its not working, its showing NAN

This plugin has a conflict with WPBakery’s image carousel widget, and it causes that widget to break.

Counter stops at -3’370’076, but added in backend is -3’370’077 and same issue happening while adding 88 ending digit i.e. -3’370’088

We installed the plugin and it works great, but we are unable to change any of the icons on the counters.

Please see screenshots below:

From backend, it is only showing the default icon name and no option to change icons

I need to replicate (and improve on) the counter displays in the https://skylineinvestmentgroup.com/ page under “Skyline Overview”.
I realize I can add some of what I need with CSS but I need to make sure either the free or commercial version can do what I need.
1) Replicate the format of the counter on the page, including a $ as a prefix and B or MM for Billions and Millions.
2) trigger it on scroll.

I’d be happy to purchase the commercial version if I can be assured what I need is possible

Is it possible to have the counter only count up once, and if you scroll up and back down it will just stay at the full number?

The icon field is grayed out with the fa-laptop option. I can’t change the icon. What am I missing? Thank you!

I’ve seen that the question have been asked and answered 10 months ago here however the solution you gave is not really sustainable because the plugin files are updated/written over after plugin updates.
Do you intend to implement that permanently in a next release? That would be so great.

Hi, from mobile when you scroll down and then up the numbers start counting again and are wrong

The counter numbers are displayed in a non-aligned manner. Please let me know how can I organize it in a line?

I just noticed that my counter looks different to before…. then I checked and saw that all the Counter Settings regarding to size (icon size, counter number size, title size and counter number/title font weight) have been deleted. All I see there is a red box “read only” with no option to enter anything.

Have you removed these options with the latest update?

Is it possible to add a space directly in the number?
Example 50000 -> 50 000

I saw that it was possible to put commas by changing the input “number” by “text” but when I put a space the number is not taken into account and is displayed NaN.
