had a layout problem and got a fast solution from the tech service, didn’t expected that since I’m using the free version and the modification to the CSS styles was needed in my template CSS file, good plugin and great support, mul?umesc ??

Works fine but I missing some fields in the form maker, it should have also upload fields and other date pickers, for example m/d/y datepickers with three selectable fields instead the calendar already included that isn’t good enough to select old dates. Anyway a great plugin and works as advised.
