Hello, I need help with creating menu with this plugin.
My URLs for sponsors doesn’t work at all. You can check on link of my site. I get 404 Error.
Also is it possible to have menu with categories (as widget – left side) and to load sponsors on right side?
Thanks in advance
If you are settled in europe, you have to follow the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Can you tell me how you handle with data and if the plugin is GDPR-conform because it’s only working in the backend not collecting any data and transferring them to third parties?
Regards,
Katja
Already solved, something wrong in cache I think.
]]>In /wp-content/plugins/cr3ativ-sponsor/includes/sponsor-widget.php, line 3 currently reads function cr3ativ_sponsor() {. This causes deprecated warnings in PHP 7+ (I’ve tested in 7.0 and 7.1).
Changing this to function __construct() { seems to prevent this issue.
]]>Hi,
I tried to use meta slider in sponsor description to provide a mini slideshow for eache sponsor but it doesn’t work, also I tried a simple gallery but the problem remains.

]]>Hello,
I would have liked to change, the name in the links is it possible with a snippet to do it, I can not replace it.
today I have :
https://monsite.com/cr3ativsponsor/stedurand/
I would like :
https://monsite.com/partenaires/stedurand/
I tried this, but without success:
add_action("register_post_type", "customize_sponsorts_post_type");
function customize_sponsorts_post_type( $args ) {
if ( 'cr3ativsponsor' === $post_type ) {
if(!isset($args["rewrite"])) {
$args["rewrite"] = array();
}
$args["rewrite"]["slug"] = "partenaires";
return $args;
}
I will have the same question, for the taxonomy
Thank you in advance
]]>Hello,
I put the plugin in place and everything works fine except that if there are no partners in the category there is nothing, I would have liked to be able to insert a message of the type “no partner for the moment” instead of Have nothing.
It may be an existing function but I have not found it.
thank you in advance

WordPress version: 4.2.15
Plugin version: 1.2.2
The Sponsor menu is no longer showing in the dashboard options, so we are unable to modify and add sponsors through the interface.
We have been using this plugin for nearly two years, and this is the first time this has happened. The existing sponsorship information shows up on the site; we just can’t edit it now.
Thank for any insight into this issue.
]]>Hi,

]]>Hi.
I think, when I set link=”yes” than the link on a logo go direct to the company url but it don’t.
I want to link to the Company URL but the link goes to the sponsor-page like this “www.myhomepage.de/sponsor1”.
My code:
[sponsor_level category="all" orderby="menu_order" columns="4" image="yes" title="no" link="yes" bio="yes" show="9999999"]
What can I do?

]]>Adding the Sponsor Loop widget to a SiteOrigina Page Builder page breaks the Page Builder editor. I can add the widget but as soon as I save it, I am presented with the text version of the page and cannot edit it as a Page Builder page anymore.
If I deactivate the Cr3ativ Sponsor plugin, I can edit my page as a Page Builder page again with the Sponsor widget showing as “missing”.
]]>Good day,
After a recent plugin update I noticed my sponsors are showing in the wrong order when using shortcode. They are appearing asc (menu_order) instead of desc.
They are in the correct desc order in the sidebar widget, but not the 2 different shortcodes I use.
Website is https://www.bcsnowmobile.ca/sponsors
Please advise, thank you.
]]>I’m working with a sponsor page with multiple columns. Because of the different aspect ratios of the sponsor images, I want them to be centered in the vertical direction as well as horizontally (the latter is implemented correctly).
https://www.anewdawnofelectronics.nl/sponsors/
How could I manage this? An old topic talked about adding:
sponsor_image img {
text-align: center;
}
to the CSS file, but it doesn’t seem to be working at the moment (I’m not familiar with CSS).
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hi there,
would it be possible to make the sponsor logo link to the sponsor profile page? Or even better: open the sponsor profile in some kind of modal box?
Thanks,
Michael
I am unable to upload any logo’s and have them display on the page under a certain sponsor level after the addition of my 10th sponsor. Sponsor 11 and on under that sponsor level does not display on the page with the rest of the sponsors. I am setting up each sponsor the same exact way, yet sponsor 11 and on do not display. Sponsors 1-10 display as expected. I am able to view the permalinks of these sponsors and the featured photo displays as expected on the permalink page, but not for the sponsorship page like the other sponsors. I have tested different images, including ones I have already used for other sponsors and this makes no difference. My shortcode on the sponsorship page are as follows:
[sponsor_level category=”gold_sponsorships” orderby=”ASC” columns=”3″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”no”]
https://www.svtcharitygolf.com/our-sponsors/ is the page in question.
]]>I do apologize for unrelated post, but it’s important:

Thanks.
]]>That is a real shame there’s no statistics….
Do you know many sponsors that does not care about the statistics (views/clicks) of their banner?
Hi there,
I created a new sponsor and inserted the short code into the page but the blog posts we have created show up instead of the sponsors. Did I miss something or how do I fix this?
Thanks.
]]>First off, thanks for this plug-in, it is exactly the type of solution I was looking for, so I am hoping to get to the bottom of why this isn’t working correctly for me.
Unfortunately, I have a situation on our site where after setting up a page and inserting the proper short code to display 4 columns, I am only getting a single column. I have tried changing the number of columns and I can see the relative width change on the sponsor logo. I have edited the logos in Photoshop to be the exact same size and shape (600×600 pixels) since I want everything to be very uniform, I am not displaying any Bio info, and titles are relatively short and uniform (since that was apparently an issue in a previous issue related to columns not working because of title and bio info length differences). I have tried all documented possibilities for sort order, and I know that things are mostly working (other than the column issue) since I currently have things set up to display in a random order, and the one that shows will change on page reload. Heck I have gone so far as to completely uninstall the plugin and reinstalling it after making sure that everything was updated and supposedly compatible.
On our sponsor page located Here
I have the following short code in place:
Robotics Benefactor ($5,000 and above)
[sponsor_level category=”robotics-benefactor” orderby=”rand” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”yes” link=”yes” bio=”no” show=“999999”]
Robotics Champion -Platinum ($2500-$4,999 )
[sponsor_level category=”robotics-champion-platinum” orderby=”rand” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”yes” link=”yes” bio=”no” show=“999999”]
Currently entering in sponsor info into the DB, so I have 3 ‘Benefactor’ level sponsors to work with, and one in the ‘Champion’ level, and the two sort properly on the page, but I am only ever getting one ‘benefactor’ displayed that will change on reload since it is set to ‘orderby=rand’
I am hesitant to go through the work of adding all our sponsors into the system until I know I can get this working properly, so any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
]]>I see there’s a post from a year ago about sorting alphabetically that’s marked resolved, but I’m not so sure.
The recommendation there is that orderby=”ASC” or “DESC” will sort alphabetically; however, it appears this sorts by post date instead.
I tried orderby=”title” and it appears to sort alphabetically by title… but it’s descending. (Starting at Z, goes to A)
Is it possible to sort by alphabetical ascending?
]]>Hello, I am using this sponsors plug in.
https://50.116.70.49/CONNECTMadison/sponsors/
Everything seems to work fine for the platinum sponsors, but gold & in kind sponsors just aren’t lining up right.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!
]]>I love how most of the sponsor list is adjustable when I set up the shortcode – I wish it would also allow for an image size. This way I could set each category with a different logo size.
]]>Hi there,
When I use 2 short codes:
2016 Global MBA Challenge Title Sponsor
[sponsor_level category="title-sponsor" orderby="DESC" columns="1" image="yes" title="yes" link="yes" bio="yes" show="1"]
2016 Global MBA Challenge Founding Partner
[sponsor_level category="founding-partner" orderby="DESC" columns="2" image="yes" title="yes" link="yes" bio="yes" show="2"]
Only the first type of sponsor appear. The stuff under the first short codes disappear. Please could you help me?
]]>First of all thank you for this nice plugin! I like it a lot! ??
I’ve got one question: Is it possible to define the number of columns also in the widget? In the shortcode it is possible (columns=”4″) but I can’t find the option in the widget settings.
Thanks for your help and best regards!
Geri
Hi, I need to put the sponsors in two lines and wrote the code this way:
[sponsor_level category=”Official Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”1″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”1″]
[sponsor_level category=”Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”4″]
I’ve checked a thousand times and I have assigned the highest number to the Sponsor I want to appear first, nevertheless, the order is absolutely random (not by post creation, not by order..)
I use WPML plugin, hope its not that that’s spoiling it…this is the entire code:
[wpml_language code=’ca’]
[sponsor_level category=”Official Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”1″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”1″]
[sponsor_level category=”Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”4″]
[/wpml_language]
[wpml_language code=’es’]
[sponsor_level category=”Official Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”1″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”1″]
[sponsor_level category=”Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”4″]
[/wpml_language]
[wpml_language code=’en’]
[sponsor_level category=”Official Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”1″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”1″]
[sponsor_level category=”Partner” orderby=”menu_order” columns=”4″ image=”yes” title=”no” link=”yes” bio=”yes” show=”4″]
[/wpml_language]
Thanks
]]>The display is spiratically displaying empty spaces instead of fill each properly in columns. If I say NO display on photos, it does it as well so I know its not the photos. I have tried 3 columns and 4. If I go to 2 columns it displays correctly.
]]>Hello and thanks for developing this plugin!
I have an issue.. I need to show some logos but while the most are squared, I have 3 o 4 which are very wide with a low height. The result is not democratic since I have big squared logo and super small wide logos.
Is there a way to give a priority to wide logos in order to make them readable? They should fill two positions!
Any hint?
]]>I added the Sponsor Loop widget to a footer widget area, hoping that it would cycle through my sponsor logos one at a time.. but instead, it just stacks all of my sponsor logos. Is this the intended behavior? The word “loop” in the name made me think it would loop through my sponsors sort of like a slider…
]]>Unfortunately I have non working links, upon clicking a sponsor logo I end up on a page not found error. I tried adding a category but it failed to resolve the issue.
