I’m also having trouble getting the interface to work. I put the following in the WordPress page:
[crane_app_jira_integration jql=”project=’IT Service Desk'” col_fields=”status,summary,creator”
col_labels=”Status,Summary,Creator” more_fields=”project,summary,description,creator”
more_labels=”Project,Summary,Description,Creator”]
but received the non-descriptive message listed in the topic title.
In another post there was mention of appending /? to a URL but I did not know where that would be placed.
]]>Hi…just wondering if this plugin is still valid to use with Jira? We are trying to accomplish the same thing…displaying Jira projects on a WordPress site. Does not look like this is tested with the current version of WP.
]]>Hi there,
love the idea for the plugin. Thanks for providing it as open source.
I installed the plugin and used the default settings. I entered the URL and my login credentials (username, not email). I am getting “Oopss. An error occurred.”
I edited the shortcodes.php file and changed the error messages to more speaking messages and was able to identify that the error occurs when creating the session cookie (line 56). Looks like no cookie is created.
I double-checked URL and credentials and they work when I log in directly. However, I have to use the email address as username on atlassian.net to log in, not my username.
Any ideas?
Best regards,
George
PS: How can I contribute to the code?
