Where and how do we modify these parameters in Joinchat?
I am specifically interested in sending a webhook to Zapier, and would also like to know if it is possibly to pass GCLID information through that hook?

I love your plugin and use it very often in many developments.
However, I have a website with WooCommerce enabled, but on the checkout page, it seems there’s a JavaScript conflict with your plugin. As a result, certain WooCommerce elements are not displayed (for example, the banners “Already a customer? Click here to log in” or “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”), or some fields that should be hidden, like the “Ship to a different address?” form, remain visible.
There are no errors in the JavaScript console, though.
After debugging, we found that all these issues are resolved by disabling the Join.Chat plugin.
We also tried to hide the plugin on the problematic page (checkout), but that didn’t work.

Recently I tried to change the location of where the whatsapp icon is displayed on the mobile view of my site through custom css within the plugin itself.
Now I changed some stuff and the Whatsapp icon on mobile view is not visible at all anymore, while on laptop view it is totally visible. How is this possible and how can I fix it?

Me encanta vuestro plugin y lo uso muy a menudo en muchos desarrollos.
Sin embargo, tengo una web en la que está wocommerce habilitado, pero en la pagina de finalizar compra parece que hay un conflicto de javascript y vuestro plugin, y hace no se desplieguen ciertos elementos de woocommerce (por ejemplo los banners de “?Ya eres cliente? Haz clic aquí para acceder” o “?Tienes un cupón? Haz clic aquí para introducir tu código”) , o que no se oculten algunos campos que deberían, como el formulario de “?Enviar a una dirección diferente?”.
En la consola de javascript no me salta ningún error, sin embargo.
Al hacer la depuración hemos visto que todos esos errores se corrigen deshabilitando el plugin Join.Chat.
Hemos tratado también de quitarle visibilidad en la página problemática (finalizar-compra), pero no ha funcionado.

We are currently running Google Ads campaigns and using JoinChat on our website to manage chats. The issue we are facing is that our conversion tracking is currently set to count a conversion when someone clicks the JoinChat button. However, this method is not very reliable for us, as it only tracks clicks, not actual chat interactions.
We would like to track conversions only when a user initiates a chat (i.e., they start a conversation), not just when they click the button.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a way to modify the Google Ads conversion tracking code to only count a conversion if a chat is launched? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

]]>Hi. We have a Google Ads campaign with maximum performance that targets a website within which there are links that lead to WhatsApp to send a message with the Joinchat plugin for WordPress to the WhatsApp Business of the company that owns the website.
It often happens that when we launch the Google Ads campaign, rather strange messages start to arrive on the company’s WhatsApp Business, sometimes with inaudible audio, other times with texts that don’t make sense and other times they have even attached images.
Sometimes we have written to ask what the reason for their message was, and they have answered that it was an error or that they had not sent that message.
The question is, is it possible that through some technique a WhatsApp message arrives appearing to be sent from a WhatsApp from a phone number but not actually having been sent by that phone number? And why does this happen when we launch Google Ads campaigns? Could there be an increase in fake traffic when launching the campaign? What I don’t understand is how messages supposedly come from a phone number that later says it didn’t send that message.
Is there any help you can provide on this to know how to prevent or solve this so that it doesn’t happen again?

I have fixed it by replacing editPost with editor in the index.js, I know it is not the best solution but maybe in the next update of the plugin it may have been corrected.
