I have had endless trouble trying to cancel my Creative Mail payment plan due to them having no customer service to contact. I haven’t been able to use the services for over a year and I have lost out on months worth of payments, I feel like I’ve been scammed due to the lack of customer service I’m rightly entitled to.
Please do something about getting my payment plan with Creative Mail cancelled as it is stress I do not need. I wait to hear from you.

It says error code: 34d9a2ef-54b7-9eef-afe4-0377accac24f’

]]>Emails are not being received by customers. As you cannot set a BCC on emails it is impossible to know if they are being received. Checking all the emails from the last week through your platform there are no opens therefor conclusion is none received.
I created atest order to see if I received the emails and a test address and I did not. The platform shows it was sent though. Where did it go?
I asked a week ago for spf and dkim records so i could add your mail server as an authorised sender – this is common for ecommerce sites wanting to ensure their customer receive important transaction emails. So now I find for the last week that no emails were received.
I want to work with your service but the poor service response and lack of basic (and common configuration at other transaction email suppliers) setup has me suspicious that you may not be a good fit for my Woocommerce site. The pity is that Woocommerce recommended you. I don’t usually take too much notice of the other reviews but maybe they are right.
I have sent a number of emails through your support button on my client portal. I had one response saying that you were waiting for technical response for spf and dkim. That was over 5 days ago. These details should be available in the portal or emailed immediately as part of the onboarding process. Another option would be to setup smtp so our own server could be used for the transaction emails and your server used for marketing emails as a compromise.
I will see out this month on my subscription but I expect these simple requests will be responded to and some engagement on how to make the system better.
]]>Hi there, I’m not hearing back from your organization, neither support or billing, and I’m still locked out of my Namecheap account and site after upgrading my plan. Please just cancel my Awesome CreativeMail plan and refund my fee. I have not been able to use any of the paid features, no one is getting back to me, and I want my money back. Also, delete and forget my credit card information after refunding. ]]>Hi,
I have created an automation which is triggered following a woocommerce product purchase. After successfully testing the automation with three different users, I went live.
However the first customer who entered the automation was held in a ‘pending’ status for a short period of time before being removed completely by the system..
Upon checking the customer’s contact status I noticed that immediately after entering the the automation, the system then updated them to “contact was update and added to list List no longer exist”

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

]]>Hi, it seems I ran into a conflict with the Woocommerce Bookings plugin.
When a booking that needs admin confirmation is made, both the client and the admin should get an email notification. When Creative Mail is activated, the admin email notification does not get issued. Only the client notification is sent.

https://www.wildsugar.fashion/wild-sugar-newsletter/
Also, I don’t like the block editor in WordPress and I do not use it. I enabled it for the sake of creating the Newsletter sign-up form and then went back to using the classic editor. Is there another way to create and modify this same form using the classic editor?
Lastly, what is the best way to get support? I tried going through the creative mail dashboard but could not find a working means of receiving support.
Thank you. I think Creative Mail looks like a promising solution for me. I did not take to MailChimp at all. I found it unintuitive and clunky. I will subscribe to CreativeMail once I work these things out.
Best,
Dameon
