My client has the Credova plugin installed and activated, but the “as low as $xx” financing option/text/logo doesn’t appear. Would it be possible to help troubleshoot this, please?
]]>Hello. When I try to make payment with credova I get checkout error Error processing checkout. Please try again. On fefault wp theme
]]>Hello Team,
Hope you are doing well!
We are using “Credova Financial” wordpress plug-in in our website with woocommerce. Also we are using an plug-in named “WooCommerce Product Search” for filters and search functionality on product listing page.
Please see below description of the issue that we are facing.
When we open product listing/shop page, your credova widget is appearing fine. See screenshot for your reference at the following url “https://prnt.sc/ObbLIwbSZnms” .
But once we apply the search filters your widget is not showing on listing page. See screenshot at following url “https://prnt.sc/Bw_0MGBMUw9B”
Please check and provide us the solution or steps to correct the above mentioned issue.
We are looking forward for your valuable response.
Thanks in advance!!
]]>Seeing this warning on every page:
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in?/…/wp-content/plugins/credova-financial/credova-financial.php?on line?124
The message continues for several lines (125,126,127,…). It is caused when the call on line 123: get_option(‘woocommerce_credova_settings’) returns a boolean rather than an array.
I’m guessing this is because the ‘woocommerce_credova_settings’ option was never set or failed during the installation process? I have removed the plugin and re-installed it, but the error persists.
Let me know if you need anything from me to help correct the issue.
]]>During checkout, when a user selects the radio button “As low as ___ with Credova” and then clicks “Continue with Credova”, this error appears in red above the checkout area: “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”
WordPress 6.1.1, which is technically beyond what is supported (6.0.3). We had a user successfully check out with Credova on March 3, but today a user attempted to checkout and was unable to do so, using Chrome. I encounter the error when using Firefox, but things seem to work in Chrome and Edge.

[18-Jan-2023 16:10:33 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “aslowasproduct_priority” in /home/clinetactical/public_html/wp-content/plugins/credova-financial/credova-financial.php on line 483
]]>Similar to another (closed) thread for this plugin, I am using Elementor Pro and the Credova link does not show up automatically on our custom product pages. I see that there is a shortcode available to add this link, but you are required to specify a price. I need a way to add the link and have it pull the “amount” from the product price already shown on the page, as it will obviously be a different price depending on what product this template is rendering.
]]>Hi, we are using Elementor page builder on one of our sites and noticed that the Credova button doesn’t appear if we are using a custom template for single products. Is there a shortcode we can use to manually add this button directly to our template?
