Hi, I want to replace the old twitter icon with the new one. When I click on “Use new twitter logo (X)”, I get a big white gap between facebook icon and pinterest.

Why is that? How can I replace the old twitter icon with the new one?

Sadly share counter does not work anymore (or it does, but in minnor cases).
Can you help me set things right?

We have a news portal and we want to show the social share count per post. The facebook’s app call limit is 200 but it reaches the limit in less than 1 minute. How can we make a call with more urls or solve this problema any other way?

I recently updated CSSC Pro to version 2.8.2.
After update all posts were no longer showing share counts.
I went into the Cresta settings page and noticed that the Facebook App Id fields were now blank.
I had already created a FB app for the site a few years back to use with this plugin. I re-entered the App ID and Secret and now the share counts are showing again.
But, the share numbers are not showing the same amount of shares as before the plugin update.
For example the page in question is now showing 665 shares, but a few days ago it was showing 2.2 thousand shares?

Is there any way to get these old share count numbers back to where they were?

We have issues with the Facebook share counts not displaying correctly. Jetpack says 20 Facebook share, but your App says zero. I do not understand why, can you do something please?

the “General Data Protection Regulation” comes into force on May 25 2018.
Is this Plugin compliant with the new regulation?

I found a few plugins that are compliant at this time like “Shariff Wrapper”:

The main thing is, that in the most cases the share buttons automatically transmit data of the visitors to the social network sites as soon as they visit the website. They do not need to click on a share button for this and therefore have no choice, if they want their data to be send. And this is a problem with the GDPR.

Is your Plugin compliant with the new regulation or is it coming with further updates?

Hi,
I renewed our CSSC Pro license and updated the plugin. We were having issues with the Facebook share counts not displaying correctly.
The update seems to have fixed the Facebook share count issue, ie: I shared the post to FB and the counter now shows one share.
The issue is, that post used to have dozens of shares and now it is only showing one? Is there any way to get back the previous share data after updating the plugin?

I tested a ton o social plugins and by far your is simply doing the job. I was wondering however if there would be (is?) a way to show “Total Share Count” (like in a floating bar) but on homepage’s posts’ thumbnails (given that home page is showing recent post and not static content)? That would help building “social proof”.

I had something like this created by theme developer but it was only for Facebook and didn’t look as good as your solution.

I’d love to hear what you think.

Hi, I’d like to use this plugin to insert the share button shortcode on a thank you page. But, I want to share buttons to share the signup age for others to sign up, not the thank you page (that the buttons are actually on). Is there any way to change the URL the buttons are sharing?

We have changed our site from using Ying & Yang theme to a Ying & Yang child theme.

None of the counters seem to work anymore and the Total Shares just shows the loading spinner rather than 0 or amount of shares.

Is there something we need to add to child theme functions to initialize some js? (although I would expect the parent theme should still be doing this?)

We are not running any caching plugins
