Hello, I am using version 1.3.9 of this plugin, and I have a file upload field in my contact form. The file is saved in a directory, but when I click on the file path displayed in the table, the file URL does not work properly. However, when I open a specific form entry and then click on the file URL, it works perfectly. This issue did not exist in version 1.3.7; it started with version 1.3.9. Could you please check and fix it?

I’m using Contact Form 7 forms on the website. Via the CRM Perks plugin, I connect each Contact Form 7 form to a Hubspot form.
The issue is that when a user enters information on a webinar registration page, their entry is recorded in ‘webinar list’ AND in ‘contact form’.
Any idea how to fix?

I have exported the data and opened the CSV file there is no resume path on csv file only shows the candidate file name but the plugin dashboard shows a PDF link of the candidate name and i click on the name and the PDF path opens, so its work on plugin dashboard but not showing on csv after download. below is the check screenshot of the plugin dashboard and CSV file after the download.

]]>We are using the CRM Perks form for leads to submit. A few of these are getting marked as non-marketing (and we do not have this option noted on the form). We have set to turn on for contacts from non-Hubspot forms (ie this form) as marketing contacts but per workflow screenshot, some leads are marked as non-marketing.
What is odd is that only a few records are not logged via the form (majority are submitted correctly) and these records are added to Hubspot but marked as non-marketing contact.
We are using CRM Perks for leads to submit their information and we have connected our Hubspot account.
We see some new records in Hubspot that we see submitted the form, per the record’s activity, but the records are not showing up in the logs for CRM Perks or Hubspot’s app in WordPress. Because the records are not added correctly, the Marketing Contact Status field is then not set appropriately and we cannot trigger our workflow to send an automated email response.
This issue does not happen for all form submissions, only for a few.
I am connecting the form to Hubspot’s Lead Capture Forms, non-Hubspot forms. I have mapped the form names with Hubspot’s internal names per: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms#mapping-non-hubspot-form-fields-and-hubspot-properties
But the last name value is duplicated in the first name value in the Hubspot Contact record.
Has anyone experienced this issue and can help to resolve?
Is it possible to combine form entries into one table? If all of the forms share the same field names, can I merge them into one table?

Possible solutions include adding an “id” or an “aria-label” attribute to the form, however, I could not find how to do that in the plugin interface.

]]>I used the WP Forms entries to save entries, but it’s not working as expected and my client prefers using CRM Perks for managing the entries.
Basically, I have 2 questions.
Can I import entries from WP Forms into CRM Perks? The reason is that there are entries that are abandoned in WP Forms I need to use that data. WP Forms saves the abandoned entries.
I see I can’t remove the first column for WP Forms. How do I achieve this?

But, there is one problem. The blacklist isn’t working.
If you go to settings -> discussion -> “Disallowed Comment Keys”.
That means I can’t block specific words in the contact form, only IP Adresses. But I need the comment keys list to get blocked due to spam. Recaptcha isn’t solving it.

This week your 1.0.5 version was broken and I had to manually revert a local SVN checkout to an earlier version because you do not use tagged releases.
Which would have made it possible to just hit download version X.zip from this website .. End users who are not into SVN would not have succeeded in getting an older version at all.
