Cool how this works with the Media Library and I can see previews. Updates are quick and easy.

We have 3,000 images on our site that the designer tells me have to be resized by 20 pixels. This plug-in alleviates the need to have a developer involved. Now, I can make him do this himself! Muhahaha

I never liked how WordPress created thumbnails, and always had to go to the uploads folder, download the thumbnails, open Photoshop, and recrop them, before uploading again. CropRefine makes it so much simpler to scale, re-crop, or re-upload thumbs, saving me hours!
