Getting Authentication failed for the Parent Websites hosted on Cloudways. Working fine, if the website is hosted on other servers. What could be the possible reason?
]]>HI there, I was wondering if you are taking steps to make the plugin compatible with the HPOS that is being baked at woocommerce.
This currently results as not compatible. It might be a matter of declaring compatibility OR actual changes needed…
]]>Suddenly our website has started showing this error while Authenticating with AffiliateWP.
We tried same Key and Token on 4-5 other sites and it worked fine.
It’s not authenticating on the main website.
What can be the issue?
]]>Hey there! We have our sales site on a subdomain and hoped to use this plugin as a solution to track affiliate referrals to the sales site. But it doesn’t seem that visiting like https://churchfuel.com/?ref=15 reflects in the parent affiliate dashboard?
]]>Hello, I would like to know if you are tracking sales, we are using and just tracking the accesses.
]]>Thanks for your plugin
Planning ahead – What is going to happen when Google disables 3rd-party cookies in Chrome?
]]>Hello, Cross Domain Tracker does track CLICKS and also REFERRALS correct?
We did install everything correctly and clicks are tracked but referrals (opt-ins or orders) are not. AffiliateWP works fine.
How can we resolve this. Thanks. Johannes
The description mentions that this plugin fixes some of the shortcomings of tracking with the official “AffiliateWP – External Referral Links” addon. Is this plugin meant to take the place of that addon, or should both be installed to the child site in order to track visits and referrals?
]]>Hello,
i installed on one wordpress the woo-commerce plugin and i sell from there my products
on another wordpress i want to install the AffiliateWP plugin.
will your plugin help me track the sells on my woo-commerce website?
Hi, I am trying to get the plugin to work. I’ve enabled it as a parent on the parent site, I’ve enabled rest API plugin, I’ve created API keys, I’ve enabled the create visit endpoints option.
Yet, when I try to authenticate on the “child” page, it gives me an “Authentication failed! Please verify settings.” error.
REST API seems to be enabled on parent and child when I do an “empty” rest test (?rest_route=/).
Any further ideas? Thanks ??
Rob
After installing this plugin I can get visits to work and if the customer leaves SiteA and goes to SiteB and buys something with woocommerce it also works.
When having someone complete an optin form on SiteA or using the [affiliate_conversion_script] shortcode I get nothing on SiteB. It seems all final action (other than visits) has to occur on SiteB for a referral to be generated.
I am using the lifetime commissions plugin with leadmagnets. I want to connect a lead to an affiliate after they optin to the leadmagnet. I can only think to do this by making the leadmagnet a $0 product in woocommerce and making people go through woocommerce. This is frustrating to leads as they have to fill out an optin on SiteA and then the same information on SiteB. I then tried installing the [affiliate_conversion_script] shortcode on a page on siteA (i added a ref number to the end of the url) and got nothing on SiteB. Using the [affiliate_conversion_script] on site B works but means I have to create a final confirmation page for all funnels on SiteB rather than keeping all marketing on SiteA.
]]>I tried to authenticate (REST API Extended) using Public Key as user & Token as password, but failed. Response status is 401.
{
"code": "rest_forbidden",
"message": "Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.",

Generated Public Key and Token come from Affiliates (Menu) –> Tools –> REST API
NB: my parent website is using subdomain
