Dear CryptoWoo Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. We are currently using the CryptoWoo HD Wallet Add-on, and WordPress is notifying us about the availability of version 2.1.4. However, we are unable to download or update to this version. Here is the exact message displayed in WordPress:
“A new version of CryptoWoo HD Wallet Add-on is available. View version 2.1.4 details. Automatic updates are not available for this plugin.”
Could you please assist us in accessing and installing the latest version of the add-on? We rely on this functionality for our payment processes and would greatly appreciate any guidance to resolve this issue.
We have a cancelled a subscription but its live until April 2025.
Thank you very much for your time and support!
Best regards

]]>It seems like there’s an issue with the CryptoWoo plugin not recognizing Naira (NGN) as the default currency in WooCommerce. When users place orders, the plugin calculates the Bitcoin amount they need to pay in dollars instead of Naira. As a result, the total Bitcoin amount displayed at checkout exceeds the intended price. For instance, if a product costs 5,000 Naira, the checkout page shows the Bitcoin amount equivalent to more than 5,000 Naira, possibly up to 5,000 dollars.
]]>hi address is like disappearing every day , but when trying to readd it
Could not add address “XXX” – Make sure to add only unused?addresses.
so how if the plugin delete my address it knows it was exist +_+
I just installed this and am getting a conflict message:
This plugin is incompatible with the enabled WooCommerce feature ‘High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)’, it shouldn’t be activated.?
I’ve just disabled HPOS for now to avoid the conflict. Just wanted to raise this for update consideration!
Hi Team, we are using Multivendorx as our multivendor plugin.
We really need this plugin as this provides best feature out there in free plugin itself and support.
Can you please check the compatibility or work on the compatibility with Multivendorx team.
]]>Im using CryptoWoo 1.4.6 (Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway) + HD Wallet 0.13.5 and I got the message: “Gap limit may have been reached in your wallet for cryptocurrencies: BTC. Send a small payment to your latest wallet address to see more transactions”.
After a couple of weeks I check my Electrum wallet. I see 0 incoming transactions in my wallets but on the website orders have been paid and marked as green. When I check BTC addresses to the following orders I can’t find them in my Electrum wallet, I have checked every single one manually.
The MPK have not been changed, the address index is increasing with orders. The address list is empty.
How do I prevent this from happening and how do I get my BTC back? We are talking a few thousand euros.
When trying to activate the plugin, I get the following syntax error: Unexpected error message:
I did a few experiments, and it turned out that this only happens when the woodmart template is enabled.
This error is in the following path on line 3082:
cryptocurrency-paymen gateway / admin / options-init.php
I also send a question to theme developers, but can anything be done to make the plugin stronger?
Hello,
we have noticed that the orders remain on pending payment even if the time has expired once something has been confirmed but not paid in full.
previously it would be set to quata refesah
what can be the reason for this?
thanks for the help

I did some testing, and it turns this happens only when the Salient theme is active. Building on that I found it to be a Redux framework version conflict.
The theme uses v3.6.5, while your plugin uses v4.3.1. And since the theme loads first, the older version is used.
I will also post a question to the theme developers, but is there anything that can be done to make the plugin work despite this, make it more robust?
