The plugin is called “Custom Checkout Fields for WooCommerce”, but you can only add one custom field with this plugin. Not very useful, I need to add multiple custom fields.

This plugin is amazing and with its category based filtering and use of meta information. Additionally It was simple enough to add my own twists.
If I had to request a feature, it would be the datetimepicker , select date and time in one, which I believe is a common field.

This plugin is simple and easy to use. It allows you to add custom checkout fields easily. Lots of filters, sorting options, and more! You can apply custom checkout fields to specific products which is awesome.

There’s a lot of plugins for customize checkout (free or paid), but this is the most complete available.
Plethora of options, you need only this one for your checkout customization needs.
