Hi Team, Is there a way to delete records from a form?

]]>I’m getting the below Error when clicking on Forms in WP as admin
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
]]>When this plugin is activated the Site Health Status shows:
“2 critical issues
An active PHP session was detected
The REST API encountered an error”
Deactivate the plugin and those two issues go away.
I found this by following the Site Health advice “A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.”
I searched my entire site for session_start() and checked the code where it is used. The only instance where it appears without the close() is in
public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/classes/class-ccf-form-handler.php
I tried disabling each plugin and it was only by disabling this one I could make the problem go away.
]]>Custom Contact Forms Version: 7.8.5, WordPress 5.5.1.
After updating to current WordPress one of the user accounts can’t download the submissions.
I’ve tried to update the user, delete the user, new user, but still I’m unable to download submissions.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you.

Good Morning,
It appears that this plugin is no longer being supported by it’s author. I was wondering if anyone has tried replacing it with something else. I need a plugin that will allow me to name my custom fields created by this plugin the same. So far I haven’t found one yet. Thanks for any suggestions.

]]>Custom Contact Forms Version 7.8.5
WordPress 5.0.3
I have been getting an error when trying to edit themes “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
Disabling this plugin makes the error go away and it becomes possible to edit and save themes.
The only clue I have comes from here:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-edit-main-theme-php-files-after-upgrading-to-4-9/page/8/#post-9718186
which says:
“the issue is with plugins that use PHP Sessions. After the session_start() command, php session hangs causing a timeout. This prevents the loopback request. I found out that when the session is closed with a session_write_close() command, the issue disappears, and everything is working fine again. So the real issue does not seem to be on the php session itself, but rather to the open php sessions that never close. I guess that the open session locks the session files in php (?) and creating the problem.”
Hello, how i can add form to the post? Is new WP version

]]>Is this plugin GDPR compliant?
Does this plugin collect any data of users for a website it is installed on?
I know this seem to be a stupid question, but many plugins collect data automatically. I need to verify this to continue using it after GDPR kicks in.
]]>there is a problem with the plugin, if you change the URL of the site in General Settings it is no longer possible to load the modules that have been created and the page that contains them goes into error, in the list the modules are there but you can not open them or modify them, besides you can not create new ones. If you restore the initial URL, everything returns to work.
]]>My contact form stops working (i.e. it does not capture nor submit the results) after a few days of adding the form to the page. The form worked great for months, but recently it just stops working.
If I delete the form from the page and re-add it, it works for a few days and then breaks again.
Any ideas? Has anyone had a similar issue? Could malware cause this issue?
Many thanks.
]]>Hi,
My contact form on that page is not working anymore. I don’t receive the e-mails. Not even in my SPAM folder.
Can you please help me?
]]>Seems the plugin queues datepicker
and underscore
and loads form.min.js
even when I have no instance of any form of it on the page. Is this intended?
In older versions of the plugin, I was able to use forms_init(jQuery,ccfSettings) in javascript to reinitialize the form on asynchronously loading sites.
This doesn’t seem to work any longer. Is there an alternative/newwer function that can be used?
Thanks!
]]>Just a heads up on this. After troubleshooting an issue a customer was having with the new Theme Editor, I found that this Custom Contact Forms is conflicting with the save function. To be sure, I tested against a new WP 4.9.1 install with only this plugin activated. The problem popped up on that installation as well.
So if you see this:
“Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”
Disable the Custom Contact Forms plugin and try saving again. You can reactivate after that. According to the forum, this isn’t the only plugin causing the problem, but as it is one, this post may help save some headaches.
]]>When I submit a test message from my new form, neither a redirect nor a success pop-up seem to display properly. All I get is a line of code.
This is what I see upon submission when I set up a redirect:
{“success”:true,”action_type”:”redirect”,”completion_redirect_url”:”http:\/\/www.trustinselect.com”}
and this is for a Thank You message:
{“success”:true,”action_type”:”text”,”completion_message”:”Thank you for your submission! We will contact you soon.”}
I have WordPress 4.9 installed and the Genesis framework using a daughter theme. This worked fine with Custom Contact forms for quite a while but now has this issue. I’d prefer not to change to a different plugin, as I have a lot of time invested in these Custom Contact Forms. Has anyone else had these issues with the plugin as of late?
Regards,
James
I have 2 notifications for 1 form. They have different settings across them and both will send emails fine if I specify a custom email. However, one of the notifications is meant to send to the submitter, and use the form field email that they provide, however that one never sends. I’ve tested it on multiple emails and checked spam folders. Any ideas?
]]>Hi,
please check the linked screenshot. This message popups from time to time and sometimes more often. I can’t de-active all the plugin and debug that issue with a default theme because the issue is random. I updated also the permalinks, but even that doesn’t resolve the issue.
What is the reason that the message shows up? I can debug it by myself, but I would like to know where I have to start ??
Thanks

My theme is University Hub. Does this means that this form is not compatible with this theme? This plugin is good but I can not use it. Please help how can I use the plugin with my theme.

Hi,
I cannot get rid of this error message. When I try to preview a post I get it. I have been struggling for a week now. I just updated my theme and all my plugins are up to date. here is the message I keep getting.
There is an issue with synchronizing data. Please try the following:
-Go to settings> Permalinks and click “save changes”. This flushes your permalinks.
-Deactivate all other plugins and activate the TwentySixteen theme. If this fixes the problem there is a plugin or theme conflict. Please report on GitHub or support forums.
If neither of these things fix your problem please report on GitHub or support forms.
Please help!! I am in desperate need to fix this.
]]>First off – the plugin is awesome!
Second, I’m simply looking to find out if there is a way to prevent a particular form from saving submissions to the DB. This is one form that we do not want data stored in our DB and simply want to transmit it via email (knowing there may be a time or two when one doesn’t make it to us, for one reason or another). There does not seem to be a way to do this directly through the plugin, but if there was a hook or something you could point me, I’m a little handy with PHP and wouldn’t mind testing some different solutions out.
]]>In CCF feature it is mentioned
But how can we do so. I added my code logic into /wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/classes/class-ccf-form-handler.php it is working perfect but once the plugin update run, it remove my code.
Is it possible to add hook into this file so that I get rid of this tension.
]]>This worked fine yesterday. Now whenever I try to edit or add a form I am unable and I get these messages in the consul:

]]>Hi Guys
For the past week I keep getting email notifications from the plugin about people that have fill the contact form, but instead of getting one mail for each form I get 10 emails from the same person, it’s not a spam or anything, I think it’s a bug that keeps sending the same form again and again.
Any suggestion on how to fix this?
