Hello!
I’ve recently installed your plugins to create custom fields and then use them in a post’s permalink. They are GREAT! ( “Advanced Custom Fields” and “Custom Fields Permalink 2” )
We also use a plugin called CyberSEO. When I installed ACF/Permalink 2 I started getting errors. I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’m a newbie in both of these plugins and would love some help, if possible!
Anyone else see this problem? I’ll include the stack trace below. Thanks!
Cheers,
Tommy

]]>First of all: great plugin! It works fine and permalink is fine for a custom post type in combination with the “Custom Post Type Permalinks” plugin.
But I have a (perhaps very little) error: it does not load the correct template from my wordpress theme.
It just appears like a regular single post.
How can I change that?
]]>When the article is made private, the following error is displayed.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/html/web/wp/wp-content/plugins/custom-fields-permalink-redux/includes/class-wp-post-meta.php on line 38
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in /var/www/html/web/wp/wp-content/plugins/custom-fields-permalink-redux/includes/class-wp-post-meta.php on line 59
]]>Hi there,
My index is generating the proper updated links using your plug-in. But, when I follow one, I get a 404 page with the following two errors
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …\wp-content\plugins\custom-fields-permalink-redux\includes\class-wp-post-meta.php on line 38
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in …\wp-content\plugins\custom-fields-permalink-redux\includes\class-wp-post-meta.php on line 59
Have I missed something obvious?
]]>Hi,
Is it possible to include user meta_key in the permalink structure?
If so, how would I add this?
Also, is your plugin standalone, or do I also need to install: Custom Post Type Permalinks
Thanks
]]>I tried it on a current wordpress installation, but the placeholder was not replaced in the url.
I added this custom structure:
https://www.mydomain.com/%custom_url_dir%/%postname%.html
And added the custom field to a post: “custom_url_dir”.
But when i open the post in the backend or frontend the placeholder is not replaced.
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
thanks for the plugin.
When I use the meta field Relationship Object in the permalink I am getting its ID, how to get the title of the post.
Thank you.
]]>I tried it with the plugin Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and it didn’t accept the name of the field as suggested. Any ideas?
