It removes the cover photo function from buddypress when activated

I did not like what the plugin did to my log-in screen so I uninstalled it. However, the problem persists. How do I make it go back to the way it was before? Thank you,

I tried this plugin and the custom css page did work there are two problems:
(1) There is not header and footer on the login page as described.
(2) The words “custom login css” show in the upper left corner of the page.
