I hope you can assist. We would like to require email verification during the checkout process only, which your plugin seems to have the option for. However the issue that we are facing is, if a user registers for a new account they are automatically set to verified, therefore when they go through the checkout process they are not prompted to verify their email address.

If the user completes a purchase as a guest then the email verification works as expected. What we would really like is for users to be able to create an account, then only need to verify their email once they are trying to purchase a product.

It would be great if any button or short code on front end side my account page that makes verification on click sent email for verification code and open the verification popup.

Hello, how can I use custom HTML template with placeholders for email OTPs instead of the default one? Is there any php snippet that i can add?

I wanna use this plugin for confirm the creation of the user’s account, but when you attempt to make the request for confirm the email, the mail withe the otp arrive without problem, but the form where you must put that otp, dont showed up, in plus the page become completely blank and another mail (i suppose from another plugin placed by a my collaborator, please if you know that plugin tell which is then i disable it) is sente to the user, so this one cant use the opt for verify the mail and in any case maybe be confused but the blank page without any segnalation about che verification.

When we try to register, it takes to popup To verify the email, I dont want popup, it should show simple notification that please verify your email.
When I am enabling, first login after register without verification, it is not showing notification to verify.

It looks like the style for the button does not inherit very well from theme. I am talking about the “Verify code” button here and despite the html saying the colour if the text is white, I do infact just get a black button and black text.

I am using the Imprezza theme, have tried to use my own override but does not appear to be working.

When my users login, they hit the default home page, unfortunately the popup to “Verify its you” only appears when visiting the My Account page.

How can I force the popup to appear on the default home page -or any page for that fact.

After updating to the latest version, the user approval function on backend isn’t working.

After checking the code, i found that it’s missing ajax callback function.

Hi, I installed the plugin and it works fine.
I noticed that there is a small problem in the drawing. In the plugin preview I set the size to 740 (px) and I see that it aligns with the header, but the email that arrives is incorrect. I noticed from the code that it doesn’t add “px” to the requested value. I will send some screenshots if necessary. How can I solve the problem?

I have installed the plugin and it was working fine before. I had deactivated the plugin for troubleshooting and activated it again. Post that it is showing a 404 error page after Registration so I am not able to see the popup nor am I receiving any email.
