we have some new Reviews on Google but we can not update our widget. We see the data but at the same time we see the button to create a new account. And when we log in on your website we see all data. But we see no way to update our widget with the new reviews. We′ve done this many times before but now we couldnt find it.

On Home page all works perfectly (Desktop, tablet and mobile)
on product page: for Desktop and tablet version all ok but, for mobile all feedback are showed vertically and whithout style.

Hi! Is it possible to set a limit and the customer can write only one review for one product?

I recently subscribed to the Pro version of Trusted Index and encountered an issue while connecting my website to my account.

There is a button labeled “Create free account,” and when I click on it, it only opens the homepage without allowing me to link that page to my Pro account.

We use the checkoutbox in our cart for our customers to confirm sending emails to them, but it doesn′t work. If you check this box (and different people from us and several customers have the same experience too) and do your order you get a “no” in your order-email.

It is a good plugin to request Google reviews. But in my case, I want them to fill out a satisfaction survey for my website. When the email is configured, shortocodes appear such as:

{{customer_full_name}}

{{stars}}

I would like to know the complete list of shortcodes. My goal is to directly add my URL without the {{stars}} since they send me to “Avoid negative reviews with intelligent invitation system” which I don’t want. I just want the emails to be sent requesting that you respond to the quality survey. How to achieve it?

Hi, I am not able to fill in my links and emails ! the arrows close immediately.

When I write my business’ name in the customizer form fields using an apostrophe in the title as intended then the plugin saves it with a backslash in addition to the apostrophe. So instead of “Darden’s” my name displays as “Darden\’s”. Additionally, every time I send another test email I continue to get more backslashes added to the existing ones. So my name in the email sender and subject fields ends up looking something like “Darden\\\\\’s” the more I send test emails.

I have made sure that I am running all the most recently update versions of WordPress, theme and plugin. I also did try to do a reinstall of the plugin with same results.

This does not seem to work with UK places. I tried to paste a link and it didnt recognise my business.

In the Settings tab -> How to Send Email Request. there seems to be a problem when selecting send “after x days” if the order is “Completed”. Save is not working correctly. For example, after setting send to “after 7 days” it defaults back to send immediately. How can we set it to something other than Immediately. Any ideas?

BUT, i’m using, stripe + woocommerce with first deposit, and after the balance. But your extension work really well, but send email after each payment. I set on ” WHEN FINISH ” but, its send 3 emails. One for the first deposite, after the second, et last for the Invoice.

Hi, we don’t need to ask for reviews on google or other social networks/sites. What we need is a reminder for clients to leave a review on the woocommerce product review field, preferably something super user friendly that takes 1 step. We used judge.me before and they did very well but it was all on their own system and we rather have everything on Woocommerce. Does this plugin do this?

When editing the email content of the review form, the email footer contains the unsubscribe link <a>unsubscribe</a>. This doesnt actually link to anything and I cannot see what shortcode we would need to embed in between the <a></a> to allow the correct use of the unsubscribe feature.

When the emails get sent the customer for actual orders it still just shows <a>unsubscribe</a> which doesnt go anywhere?
