]]>Hi, I’d like to report a 404 error for “wp-content/plugins/js/message.js”
In customerly-plugin.php, at line 33 I have:
wp_enqueue_script('wp-deactivation-message', plugins_url('js/message.js', dirname(__FILE__)), array());
but “message.js” does not exist in “wp-content/plugins/js/” folder, so I got a 404 in browser console. Maybe you should check for it?
Regards ??

]]>Welcome your visitors on your website is the most important part to acquire more leads and say hello to your users too will bring you great results as well. So let’s add a welcome message to your live chat.
Once done, this below is what a welcome message actually is.
Create your own welcome message by configuring your Live Chat settings.
1.Go to Project Settings
2. Go to Live Chat Settings
The message is so important to engage with your visitors and users. (Users and Leads: what’s the difference?)
Try to stimulate the interest of your visitors with caching copywriting.
1.Add a Welcome message for your visitors
2.Add a Welcome message for users
3.Save Settings
First of all, you need to set up your office hours for your Live Chat.
1.Go to Project Settings
2. Go to Live Chat Settings
3. Uncheck “Show Live Chat when you are not in the office”

]]>In Customerly we have three different way to let you recognize to whom you are communicating with.
We call them Visitors, Leads and Users.
Visitor
Visitors are considered all the people that visit your website without having any interaction with the Live Chat widget.
Leads
Leads are people that start a conversation through the Live Chat. Every email you collect thanks to the live chat is a Lead.
You can connect your Facebook Ads to Customerly to collect leads and start a Funnel thanks to Zapier.
Users
Users are people registered on your platform with a user id, email, and data. To authenticate automatically users into the live chat to let Customerly recognize them as users you need to follow this tutorial.
Is it possible to notify all teammates if a conversation has started? Yes, it is. And it’s simple. You need to assign the incoming conversations to a team shared with all your teammates.
When a conversation is started normally will be assigned automatically to the first teammate that has created the app.
To change this behaviour you need to Create a new team to assign your conversation by default. Once you have created your team goes to your Project Setting.
On the left menu go to Smart Assignment Rules
Once you are here change the assigner to your new Team just created.
That’s it! Now all the conversations will be assigned to the team you’ve just chosen.

The question is how can I make each doctor have his own chat, without mixing with the other doctors, and that each can chat with his patients.

How can I load and update automatically user data the leads through the live chat? My usecase is, I put a custom plugin for my client’s wordpress, then load the customerly chat in their dashboard, or just logged in user with certain role.
After use that method from above with success, I want to upgrade it and use customerly to it’s potential. Because the chat only show when user logged in, I want customerly load and update my client’s email, name, website address etc. Can you help me here so I can achieve that? I already research and tried it (localize / wp_localize_script), but still no success.
