Hello,
An update would be highly appreciated. Indeed, the plugin is causing several errors, particularly with Responsive Lightbox & Gallery.
I’m using a child theme with Lens, and WordPress, along with all other plugins, is up to date.
I’m sure that other users are eagerly awaiting this update as much as I am! ??
Thanks in advance to the entire Pixelgrade team!
]]>Hi,
I’m not sure when this started happening (though I’m suspecting some kind of incompatibility with WordPress 6.3) but all pages on my website (using theme Border) started refreshing themselves in an infinite loop.
After trying several things I realised the Customify plugin was the one causing this somehow so I had to deactivate it.
ignore this please!

]]>My blog menu system has submenus. Customify theme shows all menu options (top level and summenus) at once and in the same manner so it looks like a big mess.
How can I at least hide submenu options so I get only top level?
]]>I decided to replace other theme with Customify. Old theme had left and right sidebars already set and I want to keep that.
I’ve se set Customify to Sidebar / Content / Sidebar.
Now there is a problem. Sidebars are reversed. One that I want to be left is on the right and one I want to be on the right is on the left.
It seems in this theme Primary sidebar is on the right. I want it to be on the left.
How can I change this?

]]>Hi,
For the site we’ve set the container and post width to 1200px, and that is what is shown when customizing the site in Appearance -> Customize. But when the page is actually loaded the post content is set to 700px in the injected CSS. Is the CSS cached somewhere? How do I fix this?
Thank you,
Ben
Please update this plugin – it doesn’t support font-display: swap.

]]>Hi,
I’m planning to use the Theme “Hive” (Pro) for my Blog and copied it for testing to a local XAMPP installation.
When I install the recommended Plugin “Customify” the font size of the headers get unexpected small on some screen sizes. This is happening when viewing a post.
I found out that on some screen sizes the font-size for h1 is 3.38px while on other screen resolutions it is 3.38em.
In “Appearance” -> “Customize” -> “Theme Options” -> “Main Content” -> “Heading Fonts” -> “Heading 1” I can set the font size (at the moment “3.38” is set).
But I don’t know how I can prevent that the size unit is switching from “em” to “px” for some screen resolutions.
I’m not sure if this is a “Customify” problem. When disable “Customify” then the font sizes are well in all screen resolutions. But of course I lose all other settings I have made with Customify …
Best regards,
Stefan
]]>After the recent Customify plugin update, my client’s website (using Pixelgrade’s Lens theme) went back to the Lens theme defaults in terms of color, font, etc.
When I go into Customizer to fix it, everything is correct there, but it’s not showing up on the site. The logo is gone, the fonts are wrong, the theme color is wrong, the text on the left sidebar is wrong, etc even though all those elements are correct and there in the Customizer.
Disabling the plugin doesn’t fix anything.
What happened?
]]>I am using Customify-Theme Customizer Version 2.3.3. with PatchVersion: 1.1.0. If I upgrade to version 2.3.4.1 my theme suddenly changes. I have to roll back to a previous backup.

]]>Hi,
I try updating the Theme Rosa and this very plugin from version 1.1.6 to the current version of 2.3.3. The whole interface has been changed and I have some questions:
The plugin sets various styles as inline style but does not offer a way to change it. For example it sets the color of .article__header .article__headline .headline__primary
to #fffff
or its overrides the header color w/o giving the possibility to add a browser specific gradient.
For now I had to add !important
to all those styles, which is not a good method.
I asked you to change the plugin so that it only overrides those styles which are customizable. I tried to deactivate some sections in the settings but this had no effect.

After the last update of the Customify plugin I can not login to wordpress.
It loads me a blank page and after that plugin has to be deactivated by my WP provider.
I use Customify with Border theme
I kept getting the 403 forbidden error, You dont have permission to access /wp/ on this server, when i try to customize my listable theme from pixelgrade. I discovered that when customify is deactivated and other plugins activated, I am able to go to the customize section under appearance

Hi,
Since the last update to v.1.7.1, Customify is breaking the Image gallery template from the admin side (I’m using Listable theme, and when Customify is activated, the mosaic like gallery (3 rows wide x XX rows high) appears instead as a long vertical list of single images.
The bug appeared in the last update of Customify. I’ll try and revert to the former version of the plugin
Thanks!

]]>I just update the Customify plugin and my whole WordPress was down.
I think you might have forgotten to remove one of the lines from the plugin_config file.
In case someone else experience the same problem. I was able to solve it by:
1) Disable the plugin (just change the name of the $HOME/public_html/wp_content/plugins/customify folder)
2)Edit this file
$HOME/public_html/wp_content/plugins/customify/plugin_config.php
commenting the next line:
// Load our mock customizer section
// @todo Remove this at some point.
//require_once $basepath . ‘mock_style_manager_config.php’;
Not sure if that will be good enough, but as a temporary workaround seems to work

Hello,
I am using the customify plugin to manage the appearance of my site, and I need to change the colors of the header menu text, when I go to Appearance –> Customize –< Colors I try to click on any of the colors (say Accent Color) the color picker that appears is aligned to the left, and therefore I have very limited view of the rest of the colors.
I tried to install a plugin (Customize Pane Resizer) and resized the width of the customizer screen but this did not help, the color palette is still aligned to the left and only few colors appear.
Appreciate your help here

]]>I bought the Rosa template from pixelgrade and I’m trying to make this work without success.
When using the Customize tab to edit theme options I get a 404 error in the right part of the window?(live preview) and options doesn’t save.
I narrowed the issue down to this plugin, tried without anyother plugin and with a default theme and I’m still getting a 404.
I even tried the plugin on different websites of mine and I got the same 404 all the time.
