I have installed this plugin, but can only change the logo on the wp login page. How do I use my theme with this?

I’ve used this plugin before and it works great, but one of the sites where I have just set it up does not seem to be centering the image in the login page, this is how it looks https://screencast.com/t/1A3FGLVfozM
