]]>I ran a scan, addressed all the issues, and want to clear the results in order to get a clean set of results. How do I do that?
]]>Hi Cobweb.
I no longer use your plugin and have uninstalled it.
But some images on my website are still not showing, the image URL’s have been replaced with:
https://blog.delumierephotography.com.au/cwsd.php?Z3AuPTQ0Pg/NTQ/NjUiNyk0Nyg8M1oiPzc_L3ljag.jpg
Please tell me how to undo the URL rewrite and have all the images display as normal.
Thanks
]]>When CWSD is active then the website logo is obscured as follows
https://****.com.au/cwsd.php?Z3AuPTQ0Pg/NDw/VGR_Y2V3ZyhadmB3fC5AbnR8IDI2P248IjpvYmk8.jpg
But that image path is not available, so the website’s logo does not load and shows as a broken link.
Very irritating issue. ??
]]>Hi,
I’ve been testing your plugin to see if it can stop files being put onto the web server of a site. It looks like it is not able to do this or must it be set up in a particular way to prevent files being inserted into the website’s server folders?
Examples: .ico and php files are being put onto the site.
They are also able to inject php code into existing files, such as wp-settings (core files) and non-core php files.
Thank you,
Andre
Dear WebDefender team,
in order to use the plugin GDPR-compliant, I need a data protection passus, which I can use in the data protection declaration. There you will be informed which cookies and personal data are collected, how and for how long they are stored and opt-out options.
Can you send me an appropriate passage?
Thanks,
Anna
]]>Hi,
When I’m enabling ‘Hide function protection’ the sites uses a lot of more resources. It has 131 requests instead of the 61 I normally have. The page size is bigger and the loading time is longer. It also has a lot of 404 errors (css files not found). Are you aware of these issues?
I had to disable this function because the average loading time was up by 2 seconds. FYI.
]]>Hi,
Based on the results of Webdefender there are 474 potentially vulnerable files. The amount consists of very well known plugins and WP core files. So what does that mean in practice? That all of these files have bad written php code inside? Or do I need to whitelest them one by one? How does this work and why do you state these files are vulnerable?
Thanks for your reply.
]]>Hi, I would like know how to whitelist my own ip adress. I have been having these ‘You have been blocked.’ reports when I am busy editing my webpages.
I’m getting this in my blacklist report:
2018-06-01 08:43:52 IP (own ip adress) blocked by Trap / Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36.
Furthermore, it is blocking my cache plugin (WP Rocket) once in a while.
I cannot find the option in the manual. Thanks.
]]>Hello, thanks for this great plugin.
I have your plugin running on a few different sites but on 1 particular site, I’m having this issue where the scan results page is blank. The scan has detected 11 Malware and Viruses but I can’t access the results. Other sites on the same shared server do not have this issue. Is there a database issue perhaps?
Please advise with what over info you might need or a solution,
Thanks
wp-content/plugins/cwis-antivirus-malware-detected/cwis-scan/CWIS-LISTS/.vulnerable
Can you help me understand what I need to do?
]]>Hi, I’m enjoying the free trial and have a question: Wordfence scans are detecting numerous instances of the following code that appears to be your service…
<?php /* CWSD Guarder */
is_file("/PATH-TO/content/wp-content/plugins/cwis-antivirus-malware-detected/cwsd-block.php") AND include_once "/PATH-TO/content/wp-content/plugins/cwis-antivirus-malware-detected/cwsd-block.php";
?>
What is this and if it’s not malicious (I hope!) how can it get exempted from future scans?
]]>Hi, does the 30-day free trial include the database scan? I thought the trial was a fully functioning preview of the pro version but it doesn’t look like it’s working.
]]>It find many dangerous lines of code, but really many are part of the official not dangerous code of the standard free wordpress plugins. I suggest to add a system to match the original plugin codes to the installed plugin to hide the many false positives.
