Payments charged from card but order status goes to cancelled

I have been using this plugin for CyberSource payments and it does not properly update order status upon charging the customer’s card. There has been several complaints of not receiving the order email because the order has been moved to CyberSource Pending to Cancelled instead of CyberSource Complete even though it has charged the order amount from the customer’s card. This is random and I’m looking for a fix for this critical issue.

There has been a critical error on this website.

I get this error after payment on return of successful payment to the website.

hello,
I have failed to access the settings page of the plugin when I use the settings link on the plugin as listed in the WordPress website installed plugins.

When I click the link, it returns Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

NOTE: I am trying to use the payment gateway for NGO donations not WooCommerce. is this actually possible with this plugin and How ?
