With Debug Assistant activated, the sitemap.xml isn’t generated correctly, leading to “error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document.” Is this a known issue, or is there a setting I’m missing that should be changed?
]]>I have a valid, paid license not 6 months old for Ultimate Membership Pro and your support ticket request form will NOT let me file a support request, rejecting it due to an ‘invalid purchase code’ – as suggested, I have indeed typed the code in by had instead of pasting and it is still rejected. Sorry to say that you guys just make it too hard to get support. I’d appreciate it if someone in your firm would contact me via email and tell me how to open a support ticket without being rejected for an ‘invalid support code’ – right now, my assessment of WPIndeed support is not flattering at all.
A total inability to contact WPIndeed for support thru any other channel pretty much forces me to report this sad state of affair thru a separate WPIndeed product to try to draw attention to the fact that WPIndeed support is like Unobtainium.
