I see how one can create custom forms using Deko Boko. If I create a second, custom form, can I have its email recipient be a different address from the main Deko Boko form on my Website?

Updating Deko Boko fails to reactivate. I did install and activate the Library plugin.

Why am I seeing this error on my contact page?

I don’t know what I changed but a couple of weeks ago, the mails that were sent through this form were originating from my own name/email address so I have no idea how to mail the person contacting me…

Is there a way to include additional info in the email body, say the sender’s email address that he inputs in the form?
