First time using Depicter and I must say it has the most amazing features like easy UI/UX manipulation (hovers, onclicks, etc) but I did have some trouble getting it to work on my website. When this happened I decided to contact support and, even though I’m using the free version of Depicter, they were insanely quick at resolving the issue! Thank you ??

Been looking for a video Slider for the last few days on word press, tried Elementor Pro Slider, Slider revolution, Meta slider and Prime. Depicter was way way Easier to use, Great Stack of demo’s to use if your new to this kind of frame work and the short Code function works seamlessly with Elementor and Elementor pro. I got stuck with something and Support took around 4 minutes to show me the light and come up with the answer i needed. Love the theme, Very Happy with the support.
There’s a couple of minor aspects functionality wise that I would love to see them improve on, so I’m buying the pro version to see it move fwd, Well done Guys and Girls, Great bit of coding and end product!

Depicter enabled me to create a beautiful home page. I had a few problems that I couldn’t solve with the mobile responsivity. But customer service was very responsive and helped me solve the problem very quickly.

The plugin does not do what it mentions, to adjust each slide is a problem, everything moves around, it does not respect the configuration, to add dynamic data you never receive it, just like the support never answers, months have passed without a response from your support or solution for the plugin.

Considerable number of bugs. It changes layout from destop to tablet to phone by significant margin, which requires editing each slide for each view. After completing design, it does not render correctly on the website. Support is unresponsive.

The support at Depicter was really helpful. Suddenly my slider was not showing up in the main site, and I tried everything I could. But I couldn’t not resolve the issue myself, and everything seemed fine. So I contacted Depicter support and they resolved the issue within a day.
