Hi, I’m aware that it’s more theme issue than plugin, but maybe you can give some hints. Other than hiding empty cart, I was thinking to redirect to /cart/ on clicking empty cart – is there any hook or class you’re aware of that can be used when cart is empty only?
]]>Can you ensure compatibility with latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce? I know you may say that it’s still compatible just as such, but we users still get worried when we see this big flag below on the main page of the plugin.
“This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.”
]]>Hi,
We have a site hosted on Kinsta and are therefore using their build-in cache. We have been using your plugin for a while, and it works great at deactivating the WooCommerce Ajax request when nothing is in the cart. It also activates the Ajax request when something is in the cart. However, Kinsta by default deactivates the cache if it detects woocommerce_items_in_cart. This can be deactivated, but in that case, the cart is also cached and it actually doesn’t update after the Ajax Request as it is supposed to. Do you have any idea, why this might be the case? Or might this be related to the use of Brizy?
Currently, the cart is simply not being updated, when the Kinsta cache is active despite having something in the cart.
Best Regards,
Joris
Hello,
After updating WooCommerce and WordPress, it seems your plugin is not working properly. The mini cart does not update after adding a product, and with the plugin enabled, the browser console shows an error: “Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at cart-fragments.min.js:1:1.”
Could you please update your plugin? It seems it hasn’t been updated in a while.
]]>Hi,
When using this plugin with Elementor, WooCommerce and OceanWP the off-canvas cart is activated nothing happens until i click somewhere or close and open the off-canvas cart once again.
I’ve read this post, but im not sure it’s the same problem: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/elementor-mini-cart-is-blank-with-disable-cart-fragments-enabled/
Is there a solution to my problem? Can you please help to make it work?
Thanks in advance! ??
]]>Hello! I just added the cart widget to my header, with the cart action as Dropdown.
When I hover over the cart icon when the cart is empty, it only shows the top border of the dropdown box. (When there is something in the cart the dropdown works fine.)
I’ve isolated the cause to the DCF plugin. Please advise, thanks!

Could you help?

I turned on the wp rocket plugin for optimization, now it does not show how many products are in the basket, the basket icon has become without the quantity informer. How to make it compatible? Can exclude which js that your plugin uses?

Is Disable Cart Fragments 100% compatible with PHP 8.1 ?
]]>Hi, recently WooCommerce introduced long awaited change to orders data structure, they call it “High-Performance order storage”. The feature is opt-in now but will become switched on by default in some time. They advice plugin authors to declare compatibility or incompatibility, please see https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/High-Performance-Order-Storage-Upgrade-Recipe-Book#declaring-extension-incompatibility. Can you please study the information provided by WooCommerce devs and add suggested code to your plugin.
Thank you for developing “Disable Cart Fragments by Optimocha”.
I’ve installed your plugin and clicked activate. The site then displays Plugin Activated at the top but it still shows as not active when I scroll down the list of plugins.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way I can check if the plugin is active or not?
]]>Hey,
I wanted to use this plugin for performance benefits but I’ve noticed if a user checks out, the AJAX cart doesn’t update when they land on the order-received page. WooCommerce clearly knows there are no items in the cart because when I click to go to the cart it redirects to the shop page.
Any ideas on how I can work around this and force the cart to clear on checkout?
Thanks,
J
The plugin works well for the desktop version of the site but does not work for the mobile version
]]>Besides disabling the WooCommerce cart fragments, does this plugin also refreshes the cart page, when a product is removed from it?
]]>Hey there !
Thanks for the plugin it seems to make miracles. However I do have a small problem that someone already mentionned (hence the title of this post), which is having the “cart is empty” missing when hovering over the cart icon when there is no product in the cart.
I’m also using OceanWP free
Here is the original topic : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/missing-text-on-cart-when-the-plug-in-is-on/
Did you find any good solution to fix this issue ? Cause the workaround @scarpinoc found won’t work for me. It was a bit of a pain in the *** to make the whole menu responsive on all screens so i don’t want to have to re-do it again if now the cart icon is not displayed when cart is empty.
Looking forward to hearing from you !
Thanks
Hello!
I installed & activated the plugin. I did a speed test on GTMetrix and both before and after I see POST?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments.
Shouldn’t this AJAX request go away after activating the plugin?
Screencapture: https://d.pr/i/0064xc
I emptied the cart right before the video to make sure that wasn’t the issue
]]>Hello,
i just cant close the dashboard message:
“If you need any help optimizing your website speed, if you’re ready to invest in speed optimization, you can visit Optimocha.com by clicking here, and have us speed up your site!”
every time i close it or click on the link, it re appears when i load another page in dashboard. How can i get rid of it?
Thanks.
]]>Hi, this plugin is working very fine, but in the mobile view the view block is not looking good and I wanted to hide it using custom css.
so in the customs css option under customize, I added this code to hide it,
This same css code was working when I put it in the inspection tool:
@media screen and (max-width: 540px)
.woocommerce
.woocommerce-message {
/* display: flex; */
flex-direction: column-reverse;
display: none;
}
But it is not working when I put it in the wordpress website. Even after publishing the code, still it is showing view cart block in the mobile view. I am adding the screenshot of the mobile view. Pls let me know how can I fix it. Thanks : )

]]>Hi there, when will you be releasing a WP update? Reluctant to carry on using your plugin if it’s so outdated. May need to find a replacement!
]]>Hi,
the plugin is working perfectly on all accounts, except that in the cart page, when I want to delete a certain item (or more), the first delete action never succeeds.
There is an action, but the result is none. Only from the second delete action it works smooth.
Tried caching (rocket), wc clearing tools, but that makes no difference.
Is it just me or is it a general bug? (generatepress theme)
edit: of course, after creating this topic and testing again with a clean sheet, now it works :/ But it’s like 10 times earlier it didn’t work. Only difference is that products could be in cart for days (for other testing purposes) before i actually delete them. So I’ll take that this is the reason until I find yet a better one.
Thanks!
