I sometimes get mails that asks to moderate trackbacks to pages, not to posts.
Trackbacks to posts are disabled with “Settings -> Discussion” settings.
I want to disable trackbacks to pages as well, but there seems to be no setting in WordPress.
Can I disable trackbacks to pages with this plugin?

I always install and activate this plugin with WP CLI
wp plugin install disable-comments --activate

Just want to know, how I can set it up through CLI to DISABLE all comments sitewide, without the need to login to wp-admin dashboard through.

Recently you added a flashy admin menu item for your plugins. This item is too prominent for me and my clients. Could you downgrade it?

Meanwhile, I remove the menu-item through the following code. Thankfully you provide a link to the settings through the plugin list so I keep access to the functionality.

Sorry, I have never seen this before and I do not know what it is, nor do I understand what it does. What I want to know is how do I get rid of it? How do I turn it off? Delete it? Stop it? or what ever I must do to erase this from the page.

I turned the comments back on on my site and they didn’t reappear.

I tried to uninstall the entire plugin and the comments are still hidden.

I need to reactivate the components, can you help me?

Maybe an option to hide the Admin Menu->Comments menu link, it just wastes space.

Hope your’re all in good health ?? When I deactivate all comments the settings for “Discussion” are deactivated in the menu. For easy usability reasons the “Disallowed Comment Keys”-list on that page is used for blocking keywords in Contact Form 7 (and other plugins) aswell, so I actually need this. Would be nice if that could still be accessed. Maybe you can consider this in future releases?
