As for upcoming 11.11 sale I would like to add different discounts to my shop with your plugin’s option “Cart Rules”. But when I add start and end date and time, it simply does not work because discounts are suddenly activeted rightaway (although they should be activated on 11th Nov). What I am doing wrong?

]]>Hi,
on the website?https://extraversus.it/?I have a strange error that I have never encountered before.
Basically, the “View Cart” button on the mini-cart inside the off-canvas (which opens by clicking on the cart icon at the top right) points to this link

When instead it should simply open:

The theme used on the site is Pro (by https://theme.co/) and the theme developers have identified a conflict with the “Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules” plugin. In fact, by deactivating the plugin the minicart works correctly.
Can you help me figure out how to fix this problem? Thank you

Hi,
since a few weeks our cart-sum for chained products where the option “Priced Individually” for the items is not set is wrong. For example go to https://hanfverband-shop.de/produkt/48-clipper-feuerzeuge-dhv-slogan/ and add it one time to the cart. The “Regular Price” for this bundle is set to 72, the offer to 64,80€. But if you look to the cart, there the sum is 160,80€ – the regular price of the bundle + the price of the item. If I do not check the option “Priced individually” – the price for the item should be irrelevant for the bundle.
This problem only occurs as long as the Plugin “Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules” is activated! First I deactivated the discount-rules, than I’ve deleted all, but this didn’t solve the problem. So it has nothing to do with certain rules, it looks like a general bug or incompatibility.
We are using:
Regarding your Changelog, “dynamic Pricing” in Version 2.2.8 supports:
Any idea what to do?

]]>Hello, I really like the plugin, works like a charm!
The issue I’m experiencing is lack of support for the discounts over the WC API. I have my own desktop software developed to operate over the orders and product of the store. Seems that when I try to load a product which is affected by the plugin the sale and regular price are received unmodified from the API. For example the price of the product is 10. I’ve made a 5% discount and the product displays 9.50 as sale price, which totally fine. But when I load the product via the API the price is 10. So sale price it’s not populated with the new price. An acceptable solution would be to modify the sale price field of the product in order to affect the API response. You need to hook into the API endpoint in order to modify it from what I remember.
Best regards,
Vanyo

]]>Hello
I would like to apply discounts only to certain products, not to everything in the store.
In your FAQ section I saw an answer saying this:
“Choose the products and product categories from Product Pricing > Apply Product.”
This seems to me that it means we can apply the discount to only selected products and we can choose them.
But I could not find this “Product Pricing” and “Apply Product” menu link.
Can you help?
Thank you.
]]>I’m having a visual issue with the € symbol, it’s used on the right side of the money amount, but, when it’s in discount and it’s a variable product, the symbol shows on the left side.
You can see in the picture that the € symbol it’s ok in the individual product, but in the variable product it shows on the left side. My guess is that the plugin was design with the $ symbol in mind, so because it goes on the left side, it’s ok? But that still doesn’t explain why individual products are showing ok.
]]>Hi there
We are using this plugin to offer a discount of $25 off cart totals above $100 (using cart rules). We’ve set this discount to apply ‘when no other discounts’. However, we have another sale running that offers a specific product at 50% off.
The issue is that this product is now being discounted 50% off and $25 off at cart. How do we disable the $25 off for this specific product only?
Please advise
]]>I think I found some kind of bug. The strikout price is not showing (on product page, product category page and on shop page) when price is around 1000 and 10000. When you put the product in the cart it does show the strikeout price correctly. With all other prices there is no problem.
]]>Hi guys,
I was wondering if your plugin works with Woocomerce Bookings, and if can, I’d like to know if I could assign a specific price by a group of users.
Thanks in advance for your help
We have several products using WooCommerce + Gravity forms product add-on to create additional pricing for certain products when a dropdown is chosen. When the product is added to the cart it doesn’t show the the new price with options, just the base price.
The discount rule we have in place are based on specific user roles, but this happens when not logged in.
When we disable the dynamic pricing the price is calculated correctly.
Hi,
Hope you’re well. I’m encountering an issue with the plugin. When I add a sale to products in the “Necklace” category, the sale badge isn’t displaying. Additionally, limited-time deals aren’t showing either. I’ve attached images for your reference.

]]>I have a variable product with 2 variation. Let’s say I have rules like:
Min 3- Max 5: Fixed Discount Rs 5 per unit
Min 6 -Max 999: 6% Discount per unit
Now, if I add the variable products individually 3 or more than 3 each in cart, then only discount rule works. But I want to add rule such that if 2 of variable one + 1 of variable two added to cart, then the discount should work. This means total 3 of the same product, as the product is same but there are two variations.
How can I achieve that? Is there any hooks or filter to consider all variations as ONE Single product for discount calculation? Thank you.

]]>Hi.
Cool plugin, thanks.
Can you somehow show the product categories in the restrictions in a way that we can see the hierarchy? We have same name categories that are children of other parents, so it is impossible now to know which category we are selecting.
Also if you can add restriction based on product tags, would be great too.
With these two changes I may be able to use the plugin.
You probably will not do them in time for my project though, but in any case I thought I suggest them to you.
Thanks, regards.

]]>Hi there team,
I’m using the bulk discount (percentage) options and when I’m on the product page the product price isn’t updating when I update the quantity. But when I add the product to the cart, the correct price (and strike through) is reflected in the cart. Is there any way to get the strike through to happen on the product page as the quantity is updated? The option to do so is ticked in the Advanced Settings for me but I’m still not seeing it.
]]>Hello,
The theme is Flatsome.
I’ve added a test product link. This is a simple product. Discount is working properly but not the price suffix. I want to show the price with VAT in suffix but the price with VAT is calculated for regular price, not for sale price. Your plugin calculates the latter. If you add the product into the cart the price suffix is correct.

we would like to exclude from the shopping cart discount digital products, in our case value vouchers. Otherwise, customers would get the shopping cart discount twice. One time when buying the voucher and the second time when redeeming the voucher.

After installing the plugin, it is changing the way the products are shown on a category page.
This is how it should normally appear, im using the emallshop theme: https://www.sms.mu/product-category/horse/horse-equipment/
This is how it is currently appearing after activating the discount plugin using the emallshop theme: https://emallshop.presslayouts.com/product-category/clothing/
If I desactivate the discount plugin, it’s shown properly, so the cause is the discount plugin.
Is there a way to prevent modifying the way products are listed on the product category page?
