The date may now overlap the “Screen Options” drop down in 3.8. This is easy to fix if you edit the plugin.
Go to the list of plugins
Click ‘Edit’ beneath Display Time(zone)
Search for “$x: 215px;“
Replace it with “$x: 315px;“
Click ‘Update File’
time does not display either when network activated
