Just a note to apologize to anyone who was using this plugin. We’ve decided to discontinue to support for it since there are some amazing plugins and platforms out on the market that have many more options. You can read more about our decision here.
]]>FYI – just discovered this plugin was causing some conflicts with a Gravity Forms implementation on a site for a client. Just an FYI.
]]>I have been using your plug-in for a few years now and never had a problem. I updated to WP 5.5 and any J Query based slider (e.g. Slider Revolution and Simple Slider 3) failed to load slider images on my site (running Theme X and all plug-ins at the most recent versions). Disabling Image Rotator Widget fixed the problem.
I’d like to keep using Image Rotator Widget but I need it to be compatible.
What are your thoughts? I can provide a login if you would like to investigate further.
]]>hi, today we add a new widget whit some images but we don’t see the images rotator but only text. this is the result (you con see under the text “scopri gli eventi di..”

thanks for you’re attention

Can we speed it up?

]]>Hi,
I recently switched my site to SSL (https) but your plugin is giving me problems. TRhe browser is claiming the site “not fully protected” for these reasons:
The page at 'https://<snip>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'https://<snip>/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/atopon_mini.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS
I have one of these messages for each image in the rotator. The rest of site is performing good in SSL.
]]>Hello – Please see the page at https://imnotatwork.com/all.
I have 3 banner ads in the IRW slider, however, they all appear on initial load before being hidden in the rotator frame. Any ideas to prevent this from happening?

Hello – On mobile devices, images are not resizing to fill the width of the screen when rotating from portrait to landscape view. Any suggestions or CSS I can add?

Hello
I’ve noticed that this plugin is suddenly not showing any images. I have looked though similar issues in this forum and tried adding custom css as suggested: div.irw-widget { height: 188px !important }.
All this seems to do is increase the white space to the specified height and does not show any images?
Any ideas on how I can fix this please?
Thanks
]]>Hi
I have the same issue as described here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/image-size-issue-4
Can I just use the same CSS code you provided there to resolve it?
Thanks in advance. J

I have been using the widget for my kids’ school for a while, and just recently noticed that the images in the widget (placed inside the the widgetized footer of the mineral theme) is not working as desired in firefox browsers. The images that normally get resized in chrome, safari, etc. are showing full size (and thus being cut off) in firefox. Any help would be appreciated.

]]>Hi, I experienced some problems after upgrading from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6. The plugin was automatically deactivated after a ‘missing file’ error (I don’t think it specified which file). After reactivating it, I had to re-add the widget to the widget area and all settings and image references appeared to be lost.
Then I inspected the widget_dk-image-rotator-widget
option in the wp_options
table and realized the original value was still there, but the newly added widget was probably seen as a new instance and settings for this were appended. I completely emptied the value, added a new widget instance and reset the value from a backup. Then it worked again.
So there might be some problems with upgrading (possibly due to file renames?)
