After installing the plugin, I get this error message:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

When trying to delete the plugin, my WordPress dashboard crashes and shows a error page.

How can I safely uninstall this plugin?

Hi Digmedia,

I appreciate the tool and overall it works great. Part of my need is to export a csv file that shows usage tracking. There is a column for time on the export file when doing so from the search button and setting a parameter of to and from, but there is no time appears in the column. I see it in the WP page view on the search tab but need this also in the CSV export.

Please advise.

What is User ID 0 Guest / Unregistered on the User Statistics page? My site requires login and there are no unregistered users.

In the DM User Tracking options, when I modify General Settings and click on Submit button, the tool shows me a white page. If I return to the Settings page, I see that the tool did not save my changes.
I tried with Firefox, Safari and Chrome, but the result remains the same.

I can’t uninstall the plugin via WP Admin Settings, so need to do it manually.

Not 100% sure of this yet, but when I have DM user tracking activated, the WP Dashboard Home page menu becomes somewhat dysfunctional, at least in my install. The Menu Flyouts don’t work, but just on the DB admin “home Page”.
Anyone else notice this? Try it if not,, and I am curious to hear results.
Seemingly great plugin BTW.
