I have installed the plugin files via ftp and both uninstalled and reinstalled this plugin.

The widget will appear in the menu as an installed option, and shows up as a perfect, ideal window in the browser.

The widget will present a proper drop-down window with a list of months and a count of the posts for that month, but will not open any links from that list of months. It is not connecting with content chosen, but is (by default I suspect) going straight to the homepage each time.
