You can add a new shipping method by weight and by country. Very helpful and in the place where it should be on the shipping options.

young promising plugin but it needs some basic stuff, like
– add weight over X (e.g. from 40kg to infinity)
– add weight steps (e.g. over 100 Kg, 20$ for each 10kg)
