Since OAP is now ontraport, this plugin isn’t working anymore whatsoever. Nada. And nobody seems to care to answer here.

I just got approved to get an API ID and Key from Ontraport. Entered in ProGo Gravity Forms To Office AutoPilot Contact Builder and get the following error:

The plugin is installed and the API settings are entered in the plugin. But selecting a form to map and clicking ‘Save Changes’ doesn’t do anything. Shouldn’t some fields popup in order to correlate the form fields to the entries in Office AutoPilot?

After installing and entering my OAP API settings I receive the following error on the Field Mapping tab.

When I save the mapped fields it repopulates with the generic fields and it doesn’t save in the mapped forms tab?

I’m getting the following error when I try to link the plugin to my OAP account.

I have warning errors on settings and field mapping. When I try to map a field it redirects to a server not found error. It’s weird because after that I have to restart my browser and clear cache before I can access my website.

Thanks for the update, but unfortunately it’s giving this error which makes me unable to access the form mapping field!
This is critical, please advise. Attached error screenshot.

The mapping fields aren’t accurate. they only map predefined fields, and i cant connect my OAP form with gravity in the right way. for example, i have a field called “country” from the gravity but in the mapping there isn’t an option to map “country” onlly “city”. Also what if i have other custom fields? Can’t map those. Please advise. Otherwise, unfortunately this plugin is pretty useless…
