The links for the developers go to unrelated businesses. Searched the posts in the forum, spent hours researching it. Was the wrong answer. Plugin doesn’t work.

Almost a year now since someone replied to this last. OAP doesn’t exist anymore, it is now ontraport and this plugin is now completely outdated and useless. It doesnt even work on simple forms. Ick. Seems like nobody cares.

Adjustment: Added a question but I haven’t heard from anyone in months. It’s still broken and only version i am able to use is the 1st. Which still doesnt allow mapping more than one form which, well, doesn’t really work for me. Broken! :/
