Hi,

When this plugin is activated the WordPress Admin Bar that is sticky at the top of every page disappears. I looked at previous support topics and I see people experienced the same problem 1 year ago. It’s hard to manage the page without an admin bar, you should fix this.

When will this plugin be stable?

The UX for vendors in Dokan is very dated and needs a whole revamp, this plugin is critical for that.

Onboarding retailers, brands and vendors currently is very confusing for them. I also think the multiple image upload needs addressing, vendors have to upload product images into the gallery one-by-one.

Were constantly looking at alternatives to Dokan.

When can we expect a stable version to be released, i know the development team are working on it, but it was released over a year ago and updated over 3-months ago, this doesn’t instill confidence.

Hi, so I was trying to add some simple and variable subscription, I am using Woo subscriptions plugin, the thing is that options to edit prices and frequency are not showing, maybe there is a conflict with that plugin too? I have everything in latest version.

If I activate this plugin together with Dokan Lite and Dokan Pro, then when I enter the supplier panel I see a blank white page, if I delete the plugin, then everything works fine. When adding the Dokan Dashboard Plugin to my site, it simply shows a completely blank screen as the vendor dashboard.

The dashboard link redirects to – dashboard/#/ not sure if that’s normal or not or how to resolve the issue.

Clicking on the product upload image button,.. nothing happens. I have already uninstalled plugins and switched themes. Issue is still there.

I’ve developed a custom WP REST API authentication system for vendors on my WooCommerce WordPress site. Upon successful login, I intend to redirect users to the Dokan vendor dashboard. However, I’m facing an issue where, instead of redirecting to the Dokan vendor dashboard, it redirects to the Dokan vendor login page. I prefer not to use the Dokan vendor login page, as I already have a custom one for my website.

Please how do I redirect vendors to a custom URL when they log out from the dokan vendor dashboard? i want to redirect vendors on my platform to a custom URL when they log out from their dokan vendor dashboard. I found some tips online but none worked… Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, besides that your dashboard is a good idea, it lacks features and functions and is full of bugs. Latest bug is that it does not show all orders.

We need to write personal notices on all areas of the new dashboard, for example like you did with the products page custom content hook.

Error when click setting menu

Hi WeDevs Support, I hope you are doing well!

I just wanted to notify your support of three bugs I found with the Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin. I know the plugin is still in its development stages so bugs are inevitable, but I thought I would bring these issues to your attention in case your team was unaware of them, as they are quite important to the functionality of the plugin:

1. When a user goes to the edit/create product page and goes to add attributes, if they select an attribute, when they go to add values for that attribute no values show, even if the attribute has values assigned to it.
2. Also within the edit/create product page, If a user adds an attribute, then removes the attribute with the “X” button, if they go back to select the attribute again from the attribute dropdown, that attribute is now gone from the list of attributes, and the only way to bring it back to select it is to refresh the page.
3. Even if the option “Vendors Can Create Tags” is disabled within Dokan settings, vendors are still shown the option to create tags within the edit/create product page’s tags dropdown (if they create a tag it shows an error when the product is created/updated, so this option should be hidden to prevent user confusion).

I was told that currently it is impossible to edit/customize this plugin as the files necessary to do so are currently private and only accessible by the WeDevs team. I was wondering if you plan to release these files in the next update of this plugin so admins can edit and customize the plugin? I believe this is essential in case there is a conflict or issue that arises or something that needs to be changed by the admin, as if the site is live and the problem cannot be fixed, it makes the plugin unusable, which is a shame as this plugin is amazing!

I love this plugin and thank you for taking the time to make it. It could be amazing but there are a few bugs, such as the layout changing and shifting and looking wonky when using the “Store Support”, “Quotes”, and “Settings” menus on the dashboard. Any idea how to fix this, or when an update to fix this might arrive?

I have disabled woodmart and installed the 2023 theme and it works. With woodmart enabled it is not working. I have also tried the most recent version of woocommerce and the previous version to no avail.
I see the error in the console:

Is woodmart theme not supported, I’m sure others are using it without issues, it makes me think some settings is causing this issue but I don’t know what.

I activated it and enabled the “Use full page vendor dashboard ui” in dokan settings and I used the “dokan vendor dashboard template” as the template for the dashboard in the page settings. I am using woodmart theme.

It only happens on these paths:

I can still access
/dashboard/reports/?chart=overview
/dashboard/reviews/
/dashboard/announcement/
etc

Iam Using Woodmart theme with Retail Demo.

Dokan Vendor Dashboard Plugin is incompatible with Digits: WordPress Mobile Number OTP Signup and Login Form Plugin and also Query Monitor Plugin.

If Vendor dashboard plugin activated with any one of the above plugin, It completely messes up the Dashboard Page. I contacted Query Monitor support first This is what they replied.

I really like UI of the Plugin and to make it work properly, I request you please have a look and advise solution as soon as possible. Thanks.

There is an issue with the category modal bleeding information out at the bottom of the screen on the products page. ” Add new categoryPlease choose the right category for this product…” I have disabled themes and plugins and it still shows at the bottom of the page. Look forward to the fix on this. Btw, nice job on the plugin! ??
