I would like to provide my vendors in Dokan plugin with the option to use custom domains for their stores.
Can i use this plugin for this purpose?
Hello,
I a using another Domain Mapping plugin right now but think about switching.
IS it possible to be logged in on all mapped domains, when logging in into one of them only?
Hi,
I want to build a WooCommerce multilanguage webshop with separate domains for each country – it’s a single site (not multisite).
While Polylang and WPML supports this (they have different pages for each language), the “frontend translation” plugin “Translatepress” does not support separate domains for each language, but only subdirectories (eg. sitename.com/fr, sitename.com/de etc). So I looked at this plugin to solve this.
Three questions:
Basically I want to rank the local sites based on their domain instead of their subdirectory.
I hope it makes sense.
Hello.
Is there a way for Rank Math SEO integration ?
Hello, I am testing out this plugin, but it does not work so far.
I had entered my owned domain to ‘Enter Mapped Domain’ and assigned one of my WP pages.
For that domain, I have a server block on Nginx, and the root is the same as my WP installation. Let me give you an example case of my Nginx server block.
server {
listen 443 ssl;
server_name newdomain.com;
root /var/www/websites/olddomain;
index index.php index.html;
location ~* \.(eot|ttf|otf|woff|woff2)$ {
add_header Access-Control-Allow-Origin *;
}
access_log /var/log/nginx/newdomain.com.access.log;
error_log /var/log/nginx/newdomain.com.error.log;
ssl_certificate /etc/nginx/ssl/newdomain.crt;
ssl_certificate_key /etc/nginx/ssl/newdomain.key;
}
With above Nginx server block, I thought all traffics to newdomain.com goes to the root (where I installed WP for olddomain), and your plugin catches that traffic and forward it to newdomain.com. Plz let me know if I miss anything here.
Just in case. I created a new server block for newdomain.com, because it is different from the old domain, thus I need new ssl cert.
Looks like most needed functions are serviced in pro version, which I intend to pay for, but I would like to confirm that it really works.
I have bought and activated the pro version, but when I got to make any changes to the settings or map a domain I am getting a Fatal error?

Hi, the last post from 2 years ago regarding WPML (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/eta-on-wpml-support/) is not open anymore. I hope it’s ok that I start this new one.
Basically it’s the same usecase as in the old topic. I have a multilingual site (using WPML) where a certain number of pages need to be accessible from a different domain.
So there is only one WP install with a main domain (domain.com) and some pages that need to be mapped to another (seconddomain.com).
Is there any recommended solution for this? Any pointers in the right direction are highly appreciated.
Thanks!
Dear Developer Team,
I have installed the free version of your plugin. The main domain is https://80inch.de. Here, I created a new page named “Website Wartung” (https://80inch.de/website-wartung) The domain mapping itself worked, and this subpage can be accessed at the URL: https://nicht-warten.de.
Unfortunately, the locally installed fonts are not loading. Also, some images/content that are loaded into the layout via Divi Library Shortcode are not appearing.
What have I overlooked or done wrong in the configuration?
Thank you for your support. Chris
Hi dear Gaucho support,
What we need is the following: we have several shops in with wordpress multisite.
Then there is “single cart checkout” acticate in WPglobal Cart, meaning no matter in which shop the customer checks out –> he is redirected to a “master shop” for the checkout.
On this checkout page I disabled the header etc. so it looks neutral – but the URL does not look it should.
What I mean:
Shop A: The customer puts a product in the cart and goes to the checkout. The checkout URL is “www.shop-main” and not, like it should be “www.shop-a”
Shop B: The customer puts a product in the cart and goes to the checkout. The checkout URL is “www.shop-main” and not, like it should be “www.shop-b”
So my question is: Does your plugin allow me to show the customer “www.shop-a” when he comes from Shop A and “www.shop-b” when he comes from Shop b ? (Even thought the real site he is on is always “www.shop-main” ?
If so, is this possible with the free version?
Thanks in advance!
After the site is automatically updated to WordPress 6.3.2, the subdomain mapped by the sub-site will not be accessible independently, but will be automatically redirected to the original domain.
Is this plugin being supported any longer? I’m not getting it to work on my Local installation of our wordpress site and no one is answering my requests for support.
I am using the free version and it appears that v1.9.3 broke the Admin UI settings: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=domain-mapping-system
When navigating to the the above screen, none of the buttons appear and many styles are missing. In addition, none of the actions work, such as “Add Domain Map Entry”. When using the inspect window in chrome, the following paths are generating 404 because as you can see, the plugin paths are incorrect:
https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/pluginsdomain-mapping-systemassets/js/select2.full.min.js?ver=1.9.3
https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/pluginsdomain-mapping-systemassets/css/dms.min.css?ver=1.9.3
They should be:
https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/domain-mapping-system/assets/js/select2.full.min.js?ver=1.9.3
https://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/domain-mapping-system/assets/css/dms.min.css?ver=1.9.3
This is resulting in a total breakage of the Admin UI Management because the buttons do not appear and the actions are not working.
I rolled back version by version and the problem no longer happens in v1.9.0 so it seems like a change from v1.9.1 is causing it.

Hi,
I don’t think I fully understand how it works. For my part, I have a wordpress MU configured in subdirectories, and I want to use a second domain for the sub-site; http:/site1/subsite1, but that the wordpress base url is no longer displayed in the browser, but only the name of the second domain.
Can this plugin do that?
Thanks
hi good plugin, but it missing important things
I have a paid membership website, that each user able to create a landing page ,
the problem is Domain Mapping System allow to map and select access other user post/page, this must be restricted user to only allow to select post/page created by post owner/user only…
u need adapted this feature from “wp landing kit” plugins
Free version shows page names of mapped domains. Pro does not. It’s frustrating.

Hello,
I’m the author of Freesoul Deactivate Plugins. A user of FDP reported an issue with your plugin, please, read here for more details.
FDP gives the possibility to selectively disable plugins where you don’t need them.
However, when it detects the class FS_Plugin_Updater provided by Freemius, it will not deactivate any plugin. If it did it, the users may see some plugins globally deactivated without their intention, because inside the Freemius class FS_Plugin_Updater there is code that saves the WP core option active_plugins in some situations. If this happens when FDP applies its filter to the same option, that option is saved with the wrong set of active plugins.
Freemius should never save the option active_plugins, no code that isn’t the WP core should do it. FDP only filters that option. However, Freemius does it in some situations, and the only way FDP has to prevent a disaster is by keeping all the plugins active before Freemius saves that option.
By doing that FDP can work with most plugins that use Freemius because they practically all load Freemius only in the backend when needed, but your plugin does it also on the frontend during a normal page loading.
This is both bad for performance and a conflict with FDP.
Is it possible for you to load Freemius only when your plugin needs to send data to Freemius? At least not when a normal page loads on the frontend?
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Jose
I require support on the paid version of the Domain Mapping System. I originally started with the FREE version and was able to get it working on my WP Multisite configuration hosted on AWS (Bitnami Instance).
[ISSUE#1: I paid for the Premium version. corrected file permission issues in the plug-in folder and got the Premium interface to operate correctly. All my domains are entered and assigned a page to redirect to. THIS 1st issue was resolved by myself, and I closed it myself, but another issue has occurred. SEE NEW ISSUE#2 BELOW]
ISSUE#2: When you browse to any of the redirected domains, they render the primary site.
For example, the primary domain is https://<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>primary.com. One of the redirected domains is https://<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>mapped-domain.com which erroneously directs to the https://<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>primary.com page, NOT the specified page mapped in the plugin.
I’ve already sent a support ticket to the developer about the latest problem, but I haven’t heard back from them yet. Are there any user’s of this plugin that might offer solution? Please assist me in resolving this issue with the PRO/Premium paid version.
Thank you.
I have the paid version of Domain Mapping System. Upon installation, I was able to add several domains, and point them to specifice pages. Today, I went to add additional entries, and there’s no fields to enter the domain, specify the page, and click “+Add Domain Map Entry”

within * is store id 1, 2, 3, etc.
Basically, I request 1.home.mycompany.com then actually, it is home.mycompany.com/stores/1
Did your plugin support this? If yes, I purchase immediately.
Regards,
Would it work with Dokan to create mapped vendor pages? Is it possible to integrate so?

Hello Domain Mapping Team,
I have a main website called mikegap.com.
However I also have another domain called creditnation.club, and I want the proper SEO from YOAST to show up when its mapped to mikegap.com and the page I want it to redirect.
Its currently showing the yoast seo information for the page that was declared as the homepage for mikegap.com, rather than the page that is set to for creditnation.club
Also I want links that are mapped to automatically change from (for example) https://mikegap.com/credit-free-training/ to turn into https://creditnation.club/credit-free-training/ when clicked on.
But when I click on a https://mikegap.com/credit-free-training/ that is mapped for https://creditnation.club/credit-free-training/, it just states as https://mikegap.com/credit-free-training/ , it doesn’t change.
I know that if you click on creditnation.club/credit-free-training, it will stay as is, but also want the mikegap.com versions to automatically redirect.
Can you please fix this? or let me know what to do, Also I provided a video to further explain it: https://youtu.be/7j5V9FNUqAY
I have merged 4 wordpress websites into one.
Freedspace is our umbrella company and thinglab, tracklab and vizulab are our business divisions.
The development server is laid out as such
Freedspace
– Thinglab
– Tracklab
– Vizulab
You can see this when you go to https://fsdevel.com/bundle/
When we go live I would like to link thinglab.com.au with the Thinglab home page.
I have set up a test space. Using fuse1.com.au to point to the Thinglab home page. That works. However if I want to link to the contact us page instead of using fuse1.com.au/contact-us/ I have to use fuse1.com.au/thinglab/contact-us/.
Is there a way to configure the microsite so it doesn’t require the “thinglab” in this case?
Cheers
Shane

Is this plugin just to make sites to pages on other sites or to host multiple domains on the same WP instances, usually called multisite.
