I see that you’ve been working on a v2.0 from Jared’s (hwdsbcommons) plugin. I’m thrilled!

I’d like to see if I could request additional functionality to somehow allow users to “purchase” coins. This last bit of functionality will truly complete my learning platform.

The Buddypress settings menu has changed since the last version of this was updated so the place where you enter your partner API settings isn’t available/showing. It seems this isn’t being updated anymore, but I’d love to get some help in figuring out how to get it working. This is a killer plugin idea, and I could really use it.

Hi,It looks great but doesn’t work for me

when I go to admin panel of plugin I see:
Fatal error: Class ‘SoapClient’ not found in C:\wamp\www\wp-content\plugins\doppelme-avatars\includes\doppelme.php on line 35

With the BuddyPress Default theme, the Change Avatar link produces the Doppelme Avatar Editor, but if you enable a WordPress theme, and rely on the new BuddyPress Theme Compatibility layer, then the default “Upload a Picture” avatar panel is shown.

The plugin must be looking for something in the Legacy BuddyPress Theme settings that no longer exists in the compatibility layer.

after installation and editing the settings I get the message “DoppelMe avatar system is currently switched off” in the frontend at Avatar change.

Hi,

I’m just trying to get this plugin working. Access Permissions is red. I have my partner ID and partner key. I also assigned a unique IP address to my website through my hosting company and added that IP address to the list on my account (it’s 69.163.211.240)

Can you let me know why it’s still not working? Thanks!

Would it be possible to add, in a future release, the option for users to select DoppelMe, Gravatars, or image upload please?

As it is now, it overrides everything and becomes the only avatar option.
