The newer versions of Enhanced Media Library have the default taxonomy as “media_category”.
From your instructions it is not clear what you mean for “taxonomy” and for “slug”.
Anyway, if you create a category, in Enhanced Media Library, called “press_images”, the tag to use is:
[downloadable_images taxonomy=”media_category” slug=”press_images”]
I also suggest to install the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin in order to generate the thumbnails with the right size.
]]>Hi mister Jondor, great plugin!
I had some trouble using it though, and realized that the plugin you recommended to use with yours (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enhanced-media-library/) uses a the standard ‘media_category’ taxonomy to tag media assets.
So I just removed the ‘taxonomy’ part of the plugin and replaced the $taxonomy instances with ‘media_category’. This gives a cleaner shortcode and works 100% of the time.
Perhaps you wanted to use the plugin with a custom taxonomy? If that’s the case your mention of the enhanced-media-library was misleading me since it uses only one custom taxonomy.
