]]>When submitting this form the form should go to a redirect page https://www.vastgoedbegeleider.nl/open-huis-bedankt/, but I only get a ? after the url of the form page: https://www.vastgoedbegeleider.nl/open-huis-transformatie/?
I tried both redirect to a wordpress page and redirect to a external page (where you can paste the url in).
what to do?
We have created an integration with Drip and it is supposed to update in drip to Create or Update A Subscriber.
This is only working for new subscribers and the existing customers are not getting added to the DRIP campaign.
Drip has confirmed it is not on their end. They are not receiving the existing customer details.
]]>Hello,
Is it possible to send a tag to Drip when a user selects any option in the dropdown?
For example:
The user can select a month from a dropdown box and I want that tag to be sent to the drip when the month is selected.
Is this possible?
Waiting for your reply
]]>I have setup a Drip feed on Gravity Forms to send subscribers to Drip. I have this setup on multiple other forms on my site and they are all working. This particular form though is not sending subscribers to Drip.
As a secondary issue, on the forms that are sending to my Drip account subscribers are not having the tag applied from the Drip feed.
Thanks for any help.
]]>Hi
Is there an option to autofill form fields for a given subscriber by providing a subscriber id by get parameter for example?
Thanks
]]>Hi there
We have a Gravity Form on the above page which adds people to Drip. We’ve added both the Add/Update Subscriber and the Subscribe to a Campaign feeds to this form, however, the Add/Update feed doesn’t seem to be working properly. It adds new people but doesn’t seem to update existing people.
We’ve tested this by unsubscribing from an email, which changes our Drip status to unsubscribed, as expected. Then we’ve tried re-submitting the signup form to resubscribe, but this doesn’t change our Drip status from unsubscribed to subscribed. We also don’t receive the campaign again that should be triggered on form submission.
We reached out to Drip who have looked into the issue but say they can’t help us. Can you please shed any light on this matter and fix the issue?
Thanks.
]]>Hi, love the plugin, but if a user in Drip has previously unsubscribed, Gravity Forms is not re-subscribing them when a form is filled out. Please see our Newsletter form at the bottom of our page at ojaya.com.
On the other hand, Green Popups has a similar integration with Drip, and it does not have this problem.
Please advise.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Is it possible to send a tag to Drip when a checkbox is selected?
I’d like people to be tagged with different interests like:
> Monthly Newsletter
> Weekly Inspiration
> Workshops
So people are tagged in Drip with as many of these checkboxes as they cick.
Is this possible
]]>We’re using your plugin, but we’re finding that tracking of pages is not working with this plugin.
We have the Drip snippet on every page. We send info to Drip on a Gravity form at: ojaya.com/enroll. The info is correctly sent to Drip, but the proper cookie does not seem to be written, so it does not track people accurately from page to page. Drip tells us that the person who is browsing has not been properly “identified.”
Please advise.
Thank you,
Lucas
We need a method to re-subscribe users who had previously unsubscribed via our Gravity Form + Drip custom form setup. In talking with Drip support, they told us that for this to work, the connection this add-on makes to the Drip API would need to also set the given subscriber’s status form “unsubscribed” to “active”. Is this something that could be added to this this plugin / add-on?
Our custom Drip Gravity Form can be found here: https://www.merchantmaverick.com/subscription-management/
]]>Where can I find documentation on how “New Email Address” and “User ID” fields work? I asked Drip support but they don’t know.
Thank you in advance!
]]>We’ve been using this a while, and it was working at one time, but recently noticed that it’s no longer working. We think it’s adding the users to Drip, but not assigning the tag set in settings.
Is this still being supported? Drip, please support your plugin and update it! Gravity Forms is way too common to not keep this integration alive.
]]>Just a small thing and that is the Field Guide Image in the welcome page is huge. The width in the css below just needs to be removed.
.about-wrap img {
margin: 0;
width: 100%; <= Remove this
height: auto;
vertical-align: middle;
}
I’ve setup a from via Gravity forms and have setup everything that indicates integration with Drip but none of the form submissions are actually getting into Drip
]]>If I want to create a new subscriber from a gravity forma and add them to a campaign. Would I need 2 different drip feeds? One creating the subscriber and the other one adding them to the campaign. Or will the feed adding them to the campaign automatically create the subscriber?
]]>Hi!
I have the plugin configured and the feed set up and on form submission, subscribers are not created in my Drip account. The form submission is completed and recorded, but it seems that subscribers are not being created in my account.
To reproduce my issue:
Gravity Forms v 2.2.5
Gravity Forms + Drip v 2.1.0
Create a feed to create/update a subscriber in a Drip account on form submission.
Submit an email address through the form.
No subscriber is created in Drip.
Please let me know what additional information will be useful. Thanks!
]]>Using these plugins: Gravity Forms 2.0.2 (latest), Gravity Forms Drip Add-On 2.1.0 (latest), & Email Marketing By Drip 1.0.1 (latest).
When Members 2.0.2 plugin (latest) is activated, the Drip submenu in Gravity Forms disappears.
The behavior is consistent, has ruled out conflicts with other plugins. Help?
Thanks!
Doug
]]>I would like to do the same thing as Brennan Dunn does in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=246&v=FH5Sk5LBniE
The thing is, I cannot figure out how to enable the Drip Gravity Forms integration to help send another one-off email. It’s like the function: “Send an Event” (mintues 6.15 – in video) is missing from the plugin.
Problems:
I don’t know what Dunn has done inside the Goal “Completed Lesson 1 CWYW”.
I don’t know how to make the connection between Gravity Forms, the Goal and the Send email 2. (mintues 6.25-35 in video)
The Drip integration plugin is not updated to latest version of WordPress according to plugin page. Not my fault. ??
Things I’ve done:
I have activated the plugins.
I have connected the plugin to Drip and Gravity Forms with the API’s and all that.
My workflow looks more or less the same as Dunn’s although Drip has changed the colors. (But I don’t know how Dunn has setup the Goals in the first part of the workflow)
Hi there,
We have two sites that use the Drip add-on for Gravity Forms to send subscriber details to Drip. Both forms on these sites are no longer sending subscriber data to Drip.
1. These forms are still submitting in Gravity Forms and we can see the entries within GF.
2. We have made no changes to any fields – these forms have been working for over a year.
3. We have reset the Drip API key but this has made no change.
4. There is a green tick next to the API key in Gravity Forms Drip settings.
Can you help us debug this?
Thanks,
Guy
]]>Thanks for creating a great plug-in I have just ran into one issue is that the specified tags to add aren’t being applied.

]]>Howdy,
I’m simply trying to tag folks in Drip that are submitting a form, but nothing’s getting updated in Drip yet.
I’m not adding Drip custom fields or updating other subscriber info. Just a tag.
Some submissions may be for existing Drip subscribers, others may not.
Here’s what I have setup in my form settings:
https://screencast.com/t/4VLeUJwA
I also double-checked and authentication with my Drip API token is working.
Does it matter if the tag exists yet possibly (it does not in my case)?
Thanks!
Phil
I’m trying to get a basic Drip integration working (Create or Update Subscriber activity) with Gravity Forms. The form gets submitted correctly but it doesn’t seem that Drip’s side gets updated at all, and I can’t seem to figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
