Menus break (old themes that dont use the new menus), so its not possible to have a “about” page and also ahve the “about” page is the menu

I tried the advice given in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/custom-post-type-support-26/ and yet it does not work for me. I also tried changing post_type = ‘post’ to post_type=’my_custom_post_type’ and that did not work either.

I’m not sure why, it seems it should work.

How can i make this possible

the current plugins is only checking the post tile, is it possible to make it like this if it has the same post name and post tag it will not post thank you!

If you remove “AND post_type = ‘post'” in the file duplicate-title-validate.php in the sql query “SELECT post_title FROM $wpdb->posts WHERE post_status = ‘publish’ AND post_type = ‘post’ AND post_title = ‘{$title}’ AND ID != {$post_id} “, then it will compatible with custom post types. Thank you

This plug in is great except it prevents scheduled posts from being published and puts the posts back to the “drafts” folder. Is there a fix for this problem?
