This plugin has a lot of potential, but for now i recommend to stay away from it, the amount of headaches that it go to give you dont worth.

I figured i would try this, seems it either doesn’t function properly under 3.6.1, or something borked on code side.
The forms to create forms (plugin settings side in wp-admin is extremely slow, also causes spinning cursor under Firefox.
Also, while building the forms, there is a ” preview ” area under the editor, which doesn’t show anything.
Go to form test part of the plugin, also will not display the form.
Adding shortcode to a test page / post also will not show the form, and actually stops the page form loading.

I just found it yesterday first, i like it, i build today avery complecated form using that plugin and it work great, but it only half the way… I need now continuing solution to read the data from the table and display it in anice way on another page, any sugestion? , Benz

Supports hebrew language. Looks nice on front end. Can be used as a widget. Quite simple to use.

I’m using this plugin for my contact form, and find it very easy to use. Yet it is a little bit slow. There are some features missing. Waiting for new upgrades.

I though I had found the solution to my problem of needing to create a custom form on my site. Sadly, this plugin didn’t work for me as advertised. In step 2: Create / Edit Fields and Form, when I press the Create Field button the configuration menu never appears as shown in the support video?!
It is too bad, as this did look very promissing.
