is showing up..on my admin dashboard pages, i can’t seem to remove it, or clear it..

With website accessibility lawsuits on the rise, I decided to run a few different accessibility website scanners. The scanner at accessible ( https://accessibe.com/accessscan ) may be the most picky scanner of them all. It’s returning the following issues with the accordion:

I manually updated the script.js and script.min.js files to add these role attributes, but it would be great if you would consider adding them in when you next update the plugin.

I have this page where i’ve recently added an accordion… the accordion i’m concerned about it titled: 26th Annual Youth Conference (6th Oct 2019)

On the desktop/laptop version of the website, the accordion works fine, however on the mobile devices it doesnt work. when pressed, nothing appears. (im not sure about tablets, as i dont have access to one)

We’d like to use a minified version of the main CSS file public/assets/css/ea-style.css, but it seems the code at SP_EA_Front_Scripts::register_all_scripts does not do that.

It also looks like you are including a .min.css with the plugin, but it’s not in use.

Please let us know how to fix that.

Lighthouse returns the SEO error “Links are not crawlable”.
Enabling?rel=”nofollow”?successfully adds rel=”nofollow” to the links, but the Lighthouse error remains.
Is there an update on this issue?

Hi, since upgrading the Easy Accordion plugin on all sites to the latest version 2.3.4 all Editor level accounts on my websites have lost access to Easy Accordion in the menu.
I’m running WordPress 6.3.3 and 6.4.3 and the issue is on both versions of WordPress.

Hi, this plug in is really nice, easy to use, doesn’t force me to use Gutenburg.

The problem I’m having is that the content I’m trying to put inside the accordian is an iframe followed by some javascript.

I’m putting the content in while in Text mode, but every time I save the accordian the script tags get removed. When I edit the accordian to look at the content it is always in Visual mode and the script tags are gone.

I’ve also noticed the id gets removed from the iframe.

A recent update to the /plugins/easy-accordion-free/public/assets/css/ea-style.css file is breaking the appearance of pages with accordions across all my sites.

The item in question is the very first line of code:
.sp-easy-accordion * { box-sizing: border-box; }

It’s selecting all applicable elements within the page and applying the box-sizing style to them (not just easy-accordion elements).

Please can you remove or correct this line.

I updated from version 2.2.5 to 2.3.0 but now the +/- icon to expand / collapse is gone. Any idea what might be causing this?

I’ve tried everything and doesn’t seem to be caused by CSS code. The header length is correct on live preview but not when published on the website.

Recently, I started using Easy Accordion for the FAQ section on my website. While working with the plugin, I noticed that the font that loads with it has an enormous size of 73KB, even after compression. I usually block fonts that come pre-installed with plugins, but in this case, if I block this font from loading, the expand and collapse icons also disappear. Therefore, it becomes necessary to keep this font loaded. However, it feels awkward to retain a 73KB traffic load just for the expand and collapse icons.

The font in question is located at: /wp-content/plugins/easy-accordion-free/public/assets/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2.

I would appreciate it if you could de-link expand and collapse icons, so users who do not wish to use these fonts can keep icons loaded

Search engines can use href attributes in links to crawl websites. Make sure that the href attribute of the anchor elements is linked to the appropriate target so that multiple pages of the site can be displayed. How to make links crawlable … please add href there even if it should somehow point to itself … such errors can influence ranking badly even if google can parse this

Hi! We have a pro subscription but the anchor links are not working.
I copy the ID and add it to the URL, the accordion that is rageted open up, but the page does not scroll to get the accordion in the viewport.

I’ve been using Easy Accordion for a while, but today I started experiencing a weird issue. I can expand as many sections as I want, but once I close a section–any section of the accordion–none of the sections will open again until I reload the page. Collapsing a section seems to deactivate the ability to expand.

Can anyone help, please?

We are currently developing a new homepage with easy accordion (now as free version). Here we need to implement some anchors, so the collapsed item will be opened automatically by using a link.

I generate the links like URL/#collapse11013. 11013 is an item id I got from web browser.

Unfortunately, it does not work. Nothing happens, the item remains closed. Links to another items dosn’t work too.

I’ve looked at your method of copying the generated html anchor, unfortunately if I reorder my Accordion it changes. Is there a way to get round this, or one planned?

A nicely designed plugin, which is easy to configure and works well. However I quickly got a REST API critical error in WordPress. After deactivating Easy Accordion the critical error disappeared.

Is it possible to use custom content widget in your accorion plugin as a content source?

After installed easy accordion plugin the modal window script stopped working on my site. As I can understand the issue is with Collapse.js and bootstrap.js (that I’m using on my site) order. Collapse.js just stop modal window opening = AS result I can’t run the youtube video that I run in modal window.
