First of all, thank you for your usefull plugin. That’s a good response to our client’s need.
But we got a infinite load when when try to login on dashboard.
Errors that we’ve found are :

We had an issue about 4 months ago where the verification popup was appearing on all pages, but we got it fixed after running some plugin updates.
We’re running into a similar issue, however, this time it doesn’t appear to be a result of plugin conflicts.
We did some testing on the linked staging site, which currently has ALL plugins off, except the age verifier.
Despite the deactivated plugins, the verification popup appears on all pages.
Are you aware of a workaround for this issue?

Trying to change the look of the age verifier – however when I click the plugin to customize it directs to a blank page that is stuck on “Customize: Loading…”
Please let me know of a way to correct this so we can customize the age verifier – already uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, no luck

We have created a pop-up on our website that announces an important event and needs to be displayed when the page loads. The problem is that AgeVerifyer loads “behind” this pop-up and we need that AgeVerifyer would be on the first layer of the website (once you accept that you’re of legal age, you would go on to see the pop-up on the website).

Was told to create new ticket – this one.
Activated the plugin, then closed the window and exited the admin as well.
Reopened the site and it did not show the verification. Checked the cookies and it appears to be setting one, as I asked previously whether or not it does. However, this is not doing what I was told it was:
*( By default, Easy Age Verifier will display one time on a site and will come back after a visitor closes and re-opens their browser. )
Can this be rectified?

Hi, I am running this plugin on a couple of sites, one of them in particular has had a huge drop in Google SERP that may or not be related but I just checked my error log and found that it is 6gb in cPanel, mostly of this same error regarding the plugin:

However, on Iphone the grey background for the buttons dissapears. Together with the darkened popup the black text is not readable. To the user it looks like the site has frozen or something and they will leave.
Can you:
– fix this bug so the grey background color will come back like it is displayed in android or windows OR
– add the option to edit button layout so I can try to make the background orange and the text color white
