Dear Nikola,

after using your plugin since years and in respect of your work I completely paid the add-on for a 2nd. time for the same website (osteopathie-lechner.de) to regain access to support forum and raise a ticket.

Unfortunately I just got the link to dropbox but no Support Forum account.

To recreate the issue, make an appointment, include the cancel link in the initial reservation confirmation email.

This is what I include in my reservation confirmed email so they can cancel anytime.

“Your appointment has been confirmed!

Cancel Reservation: #url_cancel#”

It will then trigger an “Appointment can’t be canceled” message on the redirect page although the cancellation is successful and I’ll receive the confirmation cancellation email. It does cancel the appointment but that redirect message is misleading for the user

This clearly a bug in the system. Is there temporary solution or workaround until the bug is fixed?

On 9/9/2024 I purchased a license for Easy Appointments and was immediately informed that I would receive a email “shortly” with all I needed to go forward with it, including access to the support forum on the Author’s site. Ten days later no such email. (And I get NO redirection of “spam mail”, checking it all manually. This would have gone to the support forum instead of here. But no access. How do I get access to the paid version and to the support forums?

Update cancelled appointment status from cancel to reserve or abandoned

Need an abandon link instead of cancel. So that it’s not available instantly. Or if a client cancel a slot (when cancel link in email is clicked) updates the status to reserve slot or abandon slot immediately so that the person can not take the slot after cancelling it with different name or for a different person. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Nikola @loncar,

I’m having a problem receiving email notifications for appointments booked by customers online. We are no longer receiving the emails at either email address when a customer books an appointment online.?

I’ve tried sending test emails using both options and that’s not working. The error log says: Mail error: Invalid address: (From):?(my email addresses). I have attached the error message. Can you assist me? Thanks for your help.
