]]>Hi, I would like to know if with the Easy Dash plugin I can generate reports showing active (paid) users. The thing is, I have a subscription-based platform, and I want to check the progress of users each week and send them motivational emails based on how much material they have completed. However, I want to be able to filter users who have paid access to the course, so that the report only shows those with an active subscription, not all users who have accounts on the platform. Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Karolina
When filtering by course, there is a mismatch between the number displayed in the “Students” card and the number of students listed in the “Course Filtered Students Stats” table.
In the screenshot below, the card says there are 15 enrolled students. However, the table only lists 13 enrolled students.
I think the card (15) includes admin users and the list does not. In my LearnDash settings, reports are configured to exclude admin users. How can I sync these totals?
]]>Hello, we’ve just downloaded and activated Easy Dash.
Unfortunately, nothing is loading at all. We’ve cleared caches, tried on multiple browsers, and still no info loading.
We can see the various sections (students, groups, comments, courses, etc.) but each just shows the loader spinner.
Previously in Easy Dash I could go to the filter tab, filter by course and my courses would populate in the second dropdown field. I would select the course and get the data. Now when I select course the second dropdown where courses would appear just reads “WAIT” and never updates. Is this a bug with an update? How do I resolve this and get my courses to appear again?
]]>So I love what you have done with this plugin.
I just purchased the pro version.
Is it possible to run multiple course IDs to get a calculation?
for example:
echo do_shortcode('[easydash_filtered type="box" id="17510, 17639"]');
This seem as it is possible to do with the default [easydash]
shortcode to add a parameter ids="Array(course_ids)"
… And just add the param to the get_posts or WP_query of Post__in = $ids
.
Is this possible?
Reason why this is important. I want Editors role (Instructors) to beable to see reports on just the courses their have posted.

]]>Hello,
I am trying out the reporting plugin. It seems to only display 22 of our 33 courses. We have 33 published courses and 22 show up in the Courses Completion Stats table at the bottom.
For one of the new courses, I added myself to make the enrollment 1 but it doesn’t display in the table.
Is there a certain criteria for the course to display in that table?
